The Olé Tropical Tenerife hotel is located in the center of Playa de las Américas, just 400 m from Playa de Troya beach and approximately 20 minutes from Reina Sofía Airport.

This adults-only hotel (minimum age 16) has 189 rooms. General facilities include a lobby with a seating area, a reception, spa, bars (a pool bar in summer; a lounge bar and a pool bar in winter), and a buffet restaurant. The outdoor area features a freshwater pool, sun terraces with sun loungers and parasols (free of charge), and a pool/snack bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. Premium Wi-Fi is available for a fee.

Double room (approx. 26 m²)

The newly designed double rooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom, telephone, rental safe, and balcony (D,DA). Also available with side sea view (DMS/AMS) or direct sea view (DM,DMA). Can also be booked with a terrace (D2T,DT).
From November 1, 2025, also available with pool view (PD,APD).

Single room

Double room for single use (DE,DEA). Optionally available with side sea view (DES) or direct sea view (DEM,AME).

Senior Suite

The senior suites have a sea view and are located between the 5th and 7th floors. The suites feature a living area and a separate bedroom, air conditioning (living room only), bathroom, hairdryer, rental safe, telephone, satellite TV, refrigerator, and 2 balconies (SS2/2ZA). Optionally available with sea view (MM2/XX2).
Also available for single use (SUS/S1C/MM1/XX1).

Suite

Same features as the family rooms, but only bookable for adults and with a double bed. The TV is located in the living room (S2,SA).
