Location

Part of the Mare Nostrum Resort, this family hotel is located on the Golden Mile and is separated from the beach only by the promenade. Various shopping and entertainment venues, shopping centers, a supermarket, bars, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The center of Las Americas and Los Cristianos can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot.

Facilities

The exclusively designed family hotel with its 535 rooms is located within the Mare Nostrum Resort, which consists of two 5-star properties (Mediterranean and Sir Anthony) and one 4-star property (Cleopatra). Built in a semicircle over 6 floors, it offers a lobby with a reception, seating areas, elevators, an international buffet with themed stations and show cooking, and 2 themed restaurants with high-quality cuisine open in the evening: The Coal (charcoal-grilled meat) and Diabolo (Italian food). There is also a "Palapa" beach club directly at "El Camisón" beach (for a fee) and five bars.
The attractively designed outdoor area features a swimming pool, children's pool, sun terrace with loungers (towel service for a deposit), a pool bar, a playground, and a splash pool. Laundry service available. Within the resort, guests will find additional bars and restaurants, an info center, conference rooms, as well as a boutique/cafeteria offering various quality products from the islands, with a seating area to enjoy a coffee.
All 3 hotels of the resort can be used, except for the pool area of the Sir Anthony. All gastronomic facilities as well as the wellness area in the respective hotels are available for a fee. The breakfast buffet at the Hotel Cleopatra Palace is available to guests free of charge (upon reservation). Guests booking All Inclusive receive daily free access to the fitness center and, for stays of 7 nights or more, one complimentary spa circuit per person.
