The hotel complex has 151 rooms, including 130 double rooms, 8 junior suites, 11 suites, and 2 Royal Suites with 2 bedrooms. In addition to the reception, there are elevators, 4 restaurants (the "Taste-1973-Restaurant" was awarded a MICHELIN star for 2026), 3 bars, and a reading room in the hotel. In the garden area, there is a freshwater pool landscape (heated) and a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers (incl. cushions) and parasols. Pool towels included. The rooms are individually and comfortably furnished in Mexican style. They feature a bathroom/WC (incl. hairdryer), ceiling fan, individually controlled air conditioning, iHome, bathrobe and slippers, telephone, minibar for a fee (1 bottle of water upon arrival), Nespresso machine, satellite TV, safe (free), and a balcony or terrace (D). Garden view (DG) or sea view (DM) can be booked at an additional charge.

The junior suites are equipped the same as the double rooms, but are larger and feature a seating area. All junior suites have a sea view (J2M).
