Location

Located between the holiday resorts of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos, approx. 18 km from Reina Sofia Airport and situated directly on the Las Americas golf course. In the immediate vicinity, you will find a variety of restaurants and bars, and the hotel is only 2 km from the dream beaches of Playa de las Americas.

Facilities

The complex, consisting of several colonial-style villas, features a reception, a buffet restaurant, an à-la-carte restaurant "El Lajar de Bello" (reservation required/for a fee), snack bar, 2 freshwater pools (one can be heated in winter), a separate children's pool, and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols included. Wi-Fi (included), rental safe at the reception, underground parking. Daily free shuttle bus service to the beach (except Sundays).

1-Bedroom Villa

The approx. 60m² villas feature a separate bedroom with a double bed (consisting of two single beds pushed together), a combined living and sleeping area, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, furnished terrace with garden view, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, and a kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and a coffee machine (VB2). Also bookable for single use (VB1).
(Additionally bookable under TFSB35 as a Villa (V2) or with a view of the golf course (VA2, Villa Type A).)

2-Bedroom Villa

The approx. 90m² villas with 2 bedrooms in maisonette style feature a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a balcony on the upper floor. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the furnished terrace surrounded by palm trees, there is a Balinese bed, which invites you to relax (2VB).
(Additionally bookable under TFSB35 as V22 or with a private pool (2IO). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.)

Family Villa

The family villas are approx. 60 m² in size and feature a separate bedroom with two single beds, a combined living/sleeping area with a double bed (consisting of two single beds pushed together), a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a furnished terrace with garden view, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, as well as an equipped kitchen with hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee machine (VF2).
