Location

The hotel is located in the south of Tenerife directly on the sea, in the quiet district of Playa Paraíso, offering breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera. The center of Costa Adeje with numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities can be reached in approx. 10 minutes. A free shuttle bus is available several times a day (to Playa de Fañabé). Playa de las Américas is approx. 12 km away, and Tenerife South Reina Sofía Airport is approx. 25 km away. There is direct elevator access from the hotel to a small sandy cove.

The 3rd hotel of the Adrian family, like Jardines de Nivaria and Colón Guanahaní, offers quality, a family atmosphere, and exclusive service. The hotel has a total of 289 rooms and suites in 2 wings flanking the main building, which houses the general facilities. The hotel has 1 main restaurant (buffet), 2 specialty restaurants, 1 pool restaurant, and several bars. Internet corner with 3 PCs (free of charge) and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. In the extensive subtropical garden with waterfalls and fountains, there is 1 heated seawater pool (27-29°C), 1 freshwater pool, 1 heated children's pool, and 1 whirlpool. Same amenities as the double rooms, slightly larger at approx. 40m² and with a seating area, extra bed, and sea view (DMU).

Double room sea view "nice apartment" (Type B)

Same amenities as the double rooms, also located on the upper floors with sea view. The bathroom has a bathtub with a separate shower (BDM).

Junior suites sea view

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the junior suites have either 2 bedrooms (separated by a door) or one bedroom with a visually separated living area, as well as sea view. These rooms are 40-60m² in size. Families with 2 adults and 2 children will always receive a junior suite with 2 bedrooms (for other constellations only on customer request) (J2M).

Suites Superior sea view

Same amenities as the junior suites, additionally larger at approx. 65-75m² and with a tea and coffee machine, also with sea view and furnished with exclusive designer furniture. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a door (UM2).

Breakfast and dinner served as a buffet (international buffet) in the main restaurant with a large terrace overlooking the Atlantic. Show cooking and homemade pastries. Daily themed evenings, some with folklore.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner (gentlemen in long trousers, closed shoes, and no sleeveless shirts).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner as a buffet.
AI guests can enjoy a 3-course meal in the "Burgos" (Spanish) and "Verona" (Italian) restaurants at no extra cost. Reservation required at reception (limited capacity). Multi-adventure park "RoniAventura" (free admission):
"RoniAventura" is a multi-adventure park divided into two areas. On one side, there is the volcanic island with two heated pools, one for various activities, the other with 4 slides (one for the very young), a sunken ship, and various water sprayers and water games. The second area is for other activities. Here, you can climb a climbing wall, cross suspension bridges, and go down slides. In addition, there are many other adventures to discover for every age group! While the little ones are entertained, parents can relax on the large sun terrace with loungers, shaded areas, a bar, and a beautiful view of the Atlantic.

Wellness

Spa Center "Azules de Nivaria" covering approx. 1800 m² with Roman thermal baths, Turkish bath, sauna, flotarium, hydromassage pool, various showers, relaxation area, hairdresser, and beauty treatments (all by appointment and for a fee).
