Located in the heart of the popular Old Town district, yet relatively quiet. It is approximately 200 m to the heart of the Old Town, the Plaza del Charco. The well-maintained lava beach, Playa Jardin, is approximately 500 m away. Shops, bars, and typical restaurants are nearby.

Facilities

Built in the Canarian style, this apartment building consists of 132 residential units and a large lobby with reception. The rooftop sun terrace with swimming pool and sun loungers offers a magnificent panoramic view over the Old Town.

Apartment
