Location

The popular hotel with 337 rooms spread over 13 floors and an international clientele is located on the western outskirts of Puerto de la Cruz. The beautifully landscaped natural beach "Playa-Jardín" is approx. 200 m from the hotel. The well-known old town can be reached in approx. 10 minutes on foot. Restaurants and shops are in the immediate vicinity.

Rooms can be located on any floor (D).

Seniors Double Room Balcony

Same amenities as the double rooms, but with a special price for seniors aged 65 and over. This special price is activated when the age is entered in the booking system (2DY). Option with sea view (2MY) also bookable.

Double Room Sea View Adults Club

Same amenities as the double rooms, additionally equipped with a frontal sea view, located on the 9th-10th floor, renovated, with docking station, international newspapers, free Wi-Fi, bathrobe and slippers, pillow menu, minibar with welcome package (one-time) including water, wine, beer, juices and soft drinks, and an espresso machine with welcome package (tea, coffee, milk, and sugar). There is an exclusive area in the restaurant and by the pool for Adults Club guests, as well as a personal check-in, early check-in, and late check-out (subject to availability and upon request). Adults Club guests receive premium alcoholic beverages, juices, water, and soft drinks from the AI menu, as well as sandwiches and snacks included at the bar from 10 AM to 11 PM (DC).
