Situated on a small hill, the hotel offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the city.

This traditional, extensively modernised hotel has 224 rooms on nine floors, three lifts, a lobby, lounges (all non-smoking areas), a lobby bar (open in the evenings), a swimming pool with a snack bar, an impressive bar on the 7th floor with breathtaking views, and two whirlpools (the "BAR THE TOP"). (This bar is not included in the all-inclusive package.) There is also a spacious, air-conditioned non-smoking buffet restaurant. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Guests can use a small garden with a heated swimming pool (open from January 1st to April 30th), a solarium, and a sunbathing lawn (with loungers and parasols). The hotel also offers a children's water park with a new infinity pool and a recently opened splash bar.
The hotel has central air conditioning and free parking (subject to availability).

Double room without balcony

These rooms do not have a balcony but feature a large window with a city view and Wi-Fi (included).
Bathroom with shower/WC. Located on the ground floor (DO) in the outbuilding.
Also available as a double room with balcony (DA) for an additional charge.
Can also be booked for single occupancy without a balcony (DEO) or with a balcony (DEA).

Double room 5th or 6th floor

These rooms (approx. 20 m²) offer the same amenities as the double rooms with sea view, but are located on the 5th or 6th floor. Optionally with sea view (DMO) or Teide view (DTO).

Superior double room terrace

Same amenities as the double rooms with sea or Teide view, but located on the 1st floor and featuring a spacious terrace with sun loungers. Upon arrival, you will find water, a fruit basket, a bathrobe, and slippers in your room (2 EUR).

Superior double room corner room

Schauinsland-Reisen original until 30.4.26:
This room offers the same amenities as the double rooms with sea or Teide view and is located between the 2nd and 6th floors. It also features a corner balcony. Upon arrival, you will find water, a fruit basket, a bathrobe, and slippers in your room (2 EUR).

Young Traveller Room

Same amenities as the double rooms with Teide view, but only bookable with All Inclusive (YTR). Booking information: All guests in this room category must be between 18 and 35 years old. The discount will be automatically applied after you enter your date of birth.

Penthouse room

The penthouse room is located on the 7th floor of the hotel and offers a fantastic sea view and the highest level of comfort. 55-inch TV, large double bed, safe (for a fee), minibar, bathrobe and slippers, kettle, bathtub and shower, as well as a large terrace with comfortable sun loungers. (P2)
