Location

Located above the centre. It is approx. 800 m to the seawater swimming pools and the centre, via stairs or along the road, past numerous shops and restaurants. The botanical garden and the La Paz district are just a few minutes' walk away.

Facilities

The luxurious apartment complex with 11 interconnected buildings features 287 residential units, an easily accessible pool with sun loungers and parasols (included), a separate children's pool (both pools are heated to approx. 24° Celsius), snack bar, lounges, laundry and ironing room, and a sports hall (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.
All rooms have been modernized and equipped with new bedspreads, curtains, and LED reading lamps for personalized reading.
