Location

Located in the center of Puerto de la Cruz, separated only by the coastal road from the promenade and the dark lava beach Martianez. The world-famous seawater swimming pools are located directly next to the beach and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. In the neighborhood, you will find bars, discotheques, boutiques, souvenir shops, and a large shopping center.

Facilities

The facilities of the 18-story comfort hotel include a reception with a lounge area, elevators, a non-smoking dining room, and a bar. On the roof, there is a spa with a hydrothermal bath (for a fee and for ages 16 and over), a fitness room, several treatment cabins, a VIP area, and unparalleled views of Teide and the sea. The outdoor area offers a swimming pool (heated), a heated children's pool with a sun terrace and loungers (pool towels available for a deposit), and a snack bar.

Double Room Melia (approx. 24 sqm)

All 290 rooms are very attractively furnished and feature wooden floors, telephone, satellite TV (flat screen), Wi-Fi (free), rental safe, air conditioning/heating, bath/WC, and balcony (D). Also bookable for single occupancy (DE).

The Level Double Room Sea View

The recently renovated rooms, approx. 28 sqm, feature an elegant design with satellite TV with flat screen, air conditioning/heating, telephone, capsule coffee machine. Bathroom with bathtub or shower, WC, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, safe (free), bathrobe, mini-fridge (drinks included on arrival day), welcome gift (flip-flops and beach bag).
The rooms have a balcony or terrace with sea view (DXM).

The Level Premium Room Sea View (TFSA86)

Similar to the "The Level Double Room Sea View", the Premium Rooms have a king-size bed and two balconies (2TZ).

Family Room (TFSA86)

The family rooms, approx. 30 sqm, have a double bed as well as up to 2 extra beds and a kettle (DF2), with the same amenities as the double rooms.

Level Junior Suite Sea View (TFSA86)

The Junior Suites (approx. 28 sqm) have a combined living/bedroom with a king-size bed and a cozy seating area. The Junior Suites are equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning/heating, telephone, iron, bathrobe and slippers, as well as bath/shower, WC, and a balcony/terrace with sea views over Playa Martiánez. When booking this room category, "The Level" services (such as separate breakfast area, access to private lounge, extra check-in and check-out) are available. (JLM)
