Location

3 km above Puerto de la Cruz, situated on a hill with a wonderful view of the city and the Orotava Valley.
Regular buses run from the street below in all directions. A hotel shuttle bus runs several times daily (Monday-Saturday) for free, taking you to the center of Puerto de la Cruz in just a few minutes. The popular "Lago Martianez" saltwater pool is located in the immediate vicinity (on the coast, approx. 3 km away).

The 4-star hotel has 216 units spread over 6 floors in an elongated building. The property features a reception, lounge areas, a buffet restaurant with show cooking and occasional theme buffets, a snack bar with panoramic views (at lunchtime), and a show bar (in the evenings). Around the hotel, there is an extensive 10,000 m² area with beautiful gardens and spectacular views of the entire Orotava Valley, Puerto de la Cruz, the entire north coast, and the fascinating mountain landscape. In the garden area, there are two swimming pools (one of which is heated in winter) in different zones with sun terraces (pool towels available for a deposit) and a children's pool (not heated). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.

Same facilities as the Junior Suites, with an additional separate bedroom and a sofa bed for the 3rd + 4th person in the living room, as well as a view of Mount Teide/mountain view (S2). Also bookable for single occupancy (S1).

The Premium Suites (58 m²) are decorated in warm tones and invite you to relax. They are located on the upper floor of the hotel, from where you can enjoy a unique view of the sea and Puerto de la Cruz.
