The terraced apartment building is situated in the middle of a well-maintained garden area. A complex with 29 spacious, renovated apartments (approx. 60-80 m²). Recommended for comfortable, independent guests who prefer individuality. Located in a sheltered, sun-drenched spot near Taoro Park. The property is situated in a quiet residential area above the vibrant city of Puerto de la Cruz. It is approximately a 15-minute walk to the town center and the beach.

The complex includes a breakfast area with a terrace by the subtropical garden, an elevator, and a heatable freshwater pool with loungers and parasols. Wi-Fi included. The hot water supply is provided by an eco-friendly solar system.
Additionally, guests can use the garden area, animation activities, and the restaurants for lunch and dinner at the neighboring Hotel Tigaiga.

Apartment Superior side sea view (approx. 70 m²)

All apartments face west. They feature a living room and dining area with kitchenette, TV with German channels, telephone, separate bedroom, bathtub and separate shower, WC, and hairdryer. Located on the 2nd to 5th floors, they include a large, comfortably furnished terrace. Wonderful views over the Orotava Valley, Mount Teide, and out to the Atlantic (2AQ).
Also available for single occupancy (1AQ).

With the same facilities as the Apartment Superior with side sea view, the 2-bedroom Superior apartments are located on the 1st and 2nd floors. Most rooms feature a side sea view. (2AU)

Super Saver Apartment (approx. 60 m²)

The apartments are equipped with a living room and dining area, kitchenette, TV with German channels, telephone, separate bedroom, bathroom, and a terrace with a table and two chairs. They are located in a less preferred position without a special view (towards the rear of the complex) (SSA).
