The spacious Adults-only hotel complex, with partial views of the sea and Mount Teide,
is located in the "Playa Jardin" district, just approx. 250m from the beach of the same name. Tenerife North Airport is approx. 25 km away, and Reina Sofia Airport is approx. 80 km away. The city center is approx. 1.5 km away, and Loro Parque is about a 10-minute walk. The Teide National Park is approx. 40 km away.

The AluaSoul Orotava Valley is a hotel complex that stands out due to its 9,000 m² size and is specially designed for relaxing comfort for guests who appreciate the facilities and service of an adults-only property. It consists of 5 buildings in the Canarian style with a total of 202 suites. General amenities include 1 freshwater pool (heated) with a stunning view of Mount Teide, 4 elevators for hotel guests, a buffet restaurant, 2 bars, an à-la-carte restaurant, and a sun terrace with views of the sea and Mount Teide. Pool towels (deposit required), sun loungers, and umbrellas are free of charge.

The approx. 40m² modern and spacious suites feature a separate bedroom with two single beds or one double bed, a living area, a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, air conditioning, a kettle including coffee and tea, a safe (included), a mini-fridge (empty), satellite TV, telephone, and a furnished balcony or terrace facing the garden/countryside. Wi-Fi is included in all rooms (S2).
Also available with Teide view (2SB) or sea view (2MA) for an additional charge.

When booking the "My Favourite Club" Suite with Sea View, the following services are included: Welcome Minibar (filled upon arrival with soft drinks, water, and beer), better location, Smart TV, toiletries, bathrobe, slippers, capsule coffee machine, private check-in/check-out, pillow menu (upon request), exclusive lounge with drinks and snacks, exclusive and reserved zone at the pool and in the restaurant, as well as wine upon arrival (2UM).
