Location

Preferred location in the center of Puerto de la Cruz, separated from the seaside promenade and "Lago Martiánez" by only a road. A shopping center with a parking garage borders the large garden area behind the building. The city center and the seawater swimming pools are approx. 5 minutes away on foot. It is approx. 20 minutes to the northern airport, Los Rodeos. The hotel offers a spectacular view of the sea and Mount Teide.

The hotel has 305 rooms, including 37 junior suites spread over 17 floors. It offers a lobby, 3 elevators, a conference room, a hairdresser, a bar, a main restaurant with an international buffet, and two à-la-carte specialty restaurants (Mediterranean and Italian specialties). Outside, there is a large, subtropical garden with a spacious pool area consisting of two heated freshwater pools for adults, a children's pool, a pool restaurant, and a sun terrace with complimentary loungers and parasols (pool towels available for a deposit).

Double room

The rooms are approx. 19-26 m² and comfortably furnished. They feature 2 single beds or 1 king-size bed (customer request), bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, rental safe, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony (D).
Also available for single occupancy (DE) as well as with sea view (DEM/DM) or Teide view (BDE/BD).

Junior suite

Same features as the double rooms, but larger at approx. 40 m² and with a living area (only partially separated by a door). All junior suites feature a pool or sea view (only available as a customer request) (JS2).
Also available for single occupancy (JS1).

Senior double room

These are discounted standard double rooms. Both travelers must be at least 65 years old (2DY).
