Location

Situated on a small hill, the hotel offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city.
The sea water swimming pools and the town center are approximately 300 m or a 10-minute walk away, via stairs or a road. Shops and restaurants in the La Paz district, as well as the Botanical Garden, are also reachable within about a 10-minute walk.

This traditional, comprehensively modernized hotel has 224 rooms spread over nine floors, three elevators, a lobby, lounges (all non-smoking areas), a lobby bar (open in the evenings), a swimming pool with a snack bar, an impressive bar on the 7th floor with breathtaking views, and two jacuzzis (the "BAR THE TOP"). (This bar is not included in the All-Inclusive package.) There is also a spacious, air-conditioned non-smoking buffet restaurant. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Guests can enjoy a small garden with a heated swimming pool (open from January 1st to April 30th), a solarium, and a sunbathing lawn (with loung chairs and umbrellas). The hotel also offers a children's water park with a new infinity pool and a recently opened splash bar.
The hotel features central air conditioning and free parking (subject to availability).

These rooms do not have a balcony, but feature a large window with city views and Wi-Fi (included).

These rooms (approx. 20 sqm) offer the same amenities as the double rooms with sea view, but are located on the 5th or 6th floor. Optional with sea view (DMO) or Teide view (DTO).

Double room Superior Terrace

Same amenities as the double rooms with sea or Teide view, but located on the 1st floor with a spacious terrace and sun loungers. Upon arrival, you will find water, a fruit basket, a bathrobe, and slippers in your room (€2).

Young Traveller Room

Same amenities as the double rooms with Teide view, but only bookable with All Inclusive (YTR). Booking information: All guests in this room category must be between 18 and 35 years old. After entering your date of birth, the discount will be applied automatically.

Penthouse Room

The Penthouse room is located on the 7th floor of the hotel and offers fantastic sea views and the highest level of comfort. 55-inch TV, large double bed, safe (for a fee), minibar, bathrobe and slippers, kettle, bathtub and shower, and a large terrace with comfortable sun loungers. (P2)
