Location

Directly on the impressive cliff face above the sea, on the outskirts of Puerto de la Cruz. The Loro Parque is about a 20-minute walk away, and the center of Puerto de la Cruz is about 2 km away. Free hotel shuttle bus to the center of Puerto and to the beach several times a day (except Sundays and public holidays).

Spacious hotel complex (40,000 m²), 2 swimming pools (one heated year-round), baby pool (heated), pool bar with drinks/snacks during the day, and several sun terraces with loungers around the pools as well as in the garden. The complex offers a lobby with reception, "Coco Loco" bar, Wi-Fi (incl.), main restaurant, mini-market, seminar rooms, and parking garage for a fee.
The extensive complex has 18 floors (hotel rooms are located on floors 9-17).
