Location

The resort of Puerto de Santiago, near the imposing cliffs of Los Gigantes, is enjoying increasing popularity among numerous German holidaymakers. A black lava beach is located less than 600 m away on the other side of the street. It is also about 500 m to the town center with supermarkets (50 m away) and shops. In the vicinity of the complex, there is a bus and taxi stop (50 m away) as well as small bars, restaurants and 1 shopping center with a pharmacy (approx. 500 m). The hotel is located on a main road. From winter 2026, direct access to spectacular hiking trails along the coast of Los Gigantes will be possible.
Near the complex, there is a multi-function sports court and a private tennis court (not belonging to the hotel).

Facilities

The aparthotel, renovated in 2026, has only 79 apartments (bookable from Nov 1, 2026, as renovated junior suites) spread over 7 floors. High-quality materials were used during the construction and comprehensive renovation of the rooms and public areas. Facilities include a reception, elevators, snack bar, swimming pool on the 4th floor with a children's pool and sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. Pool towels are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex. New gym.

Friendly and tastefully furnished apartments with a living room + sofa bed, telephone, satellite TV, rental safe, well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, separate bedroom, bathroom, toilet and balcony (A11/A12). Alternatively also bookable as Apartment Type I (A2I/additional contingent).
Sea view available for an extra charge (2AM).

Apartment 2 bedrooms (bookable until Oct 31, 2026)

Same equipment as the apartments, plus a second separate bedroom (equipped only with one bed) (A23). Air conditioning is located in the living room as well as in the main bedroom. Additionally, access to the terrace from the main bedroom. Alternatively also bookable with a sea view (23M).

Junior suite (bookable from Nov 1, 2026)

The spacious and bright junior suites feature a cozy living area with a sofa bed, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchenette with dining table, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Separate bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom offers a modern shower and toiletries.
Air conditioning is available in the living and bedroom area, and a furnished balcony or terrace completes the junior suite (JS2/JSI).
Also bookable for single use (JS1).

Junior suite sea view Premium (bookable from Nov 1, 2026)

Equipped like the junior suites with sea view in a preferred location with a particularly attractive view.
Additionally, they offer the following amenities:
Pool towels, a bottle of Cava, fresh fruit or chocolates, a bottle of water, tea and coffee making facilities as well as a pillow menu (E2J).
