Balcony cabin

A spot in the sun – or under the stars: The stylish balcony cabins (14–17 m²) combine modern living with a private outdoor feeling. The private balcony (3–10 m²) with a cozy hammock opens up dreamy views of the sea. Thoughtful interior design, a comfortable double bed, potential additional sleeping arrangements, and a modern bathroom create a relaxed oasis of well-being above the waves.

Veranda cabin Comfort

More room for genuine vacation moments: The Veranda cabins Comfort offer around 20 m² of living space and a spacious veranda (4–16 m²), ideal for relaxing hours in the fresh sea air. Modern amenities, a stylish bathroom, and special equipment variants – from walk-in closets to separate areas for shower and toilet – create a particularly pleasant living sensation. The hammock on the veranda makes the view of the sea a perfect moment of enjoyment.

The beach hotel is located in a prime position in the Playa Fañabé district, right on the kilometer-long waterfront promenade by the sandy beach, which is perfect for strolling. Enjoy the excellent location with restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity along the waterfront promenade. The well-known „Siam Park“ water park is approx. a 5-minute drive away.

The stylishly designed apartment complex, built in terraces down to the promenade, consists of 191 units on 2 floors. Wi-Fi is available free of charge at the reception area (with seating) and throughout the entire complex. The resort features a buffet restaurant (in the Lagos de Fañabé resort area) as well as a pool snack bar. In the spacious and modern outdoor area, there are 2 freshwater pools (only the main pool is heatable), one of which is for children with a small water slide (not heatable): This will make children's hearts beat faster! Relax at the Sky Bar Margarita's (access for a fee, more information can be found under All Inclusive Premium) with breathtaking views of the sea, or use one of the idyllically laid-out sun terraces with sunbeds and parasols. Refreshments are available for purchase at the "La Palapa" pool bar. For relaxation, Balinese beds (bookable on site for a fee) and sunbeds with parasols are available at the Fañabé Beach Club (also bookable as a beach package in advance) on the long sandy beach.

The approx. 40m² junior suites feature a combined living/sleeping room with a double bed (2 single beds), a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, rental safe, satellite TV, and a furnished balcony or terrace. Upon arrival, water as well as a kettle with tea/coffee are available in the booked room (JS2).
Also bookable for single occupancy (JS1) and as a Junior Suite for single use Type A at a special price (J1A).

1-Bedroom Apartment ("Silver")

With identical amenities to the junior suites, these apartments are approx. 47m² and feature a separate bedroom as well as a ceiling fan in the living room. Additionally with air conditioning in the living and bedroom.
These apartments are located on the lower floor and have a terrace or a small private garden. Upon arrival, water as well as a kettle with tea/coffee are available in the booked room (A12).

1-Bedroom Apartment Superior Oceanview ("Gold")

These apartments are located on the upper floors (accessible only by stairs, no lift) with identical amenities to the "Silver" apartments and feature air conditioning in the living and bedroom and access to a rooftop terrace with sun loungers. Ocean view only from the rooftop terrace. Upon arrival, water as well as a kettle with tea/coffee are available in the booked room (M2U).

Duplex Suite Oceanview with private pool

The approx. 99m² duplex villas feature 2 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (1x bathroom each per bedroom on the upper floor and 1x guest WC on the ground floor) and are spread over 2 floors (spiral staircase). These are located in the first row, separated from the sea only by the beach promenade. Amenities include a rooftop terrace incl. sun loungers as well as a small private garden with a pool, accessible via the living room. They also feature air conditioning on every floor.
All villas additionally feature a separate and fully equipped kitchen. Exclusive ocean view from the rooftop terrace. Upon arrival, water as well as a kettle with tea/coffee are available in the booked room (QP2/QPB).
