Inside cabin

The modern and functionally furnished inside cabins of the Costa Smeralda offer a comfortable environment for relaxing days at sea. Features include air conditioning, interactive satellite TV (pay-per-view), bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee), and Wi-Fi (for a fee).
Measuring approximately 13 m², the inside cabins can accommodate up to four people. Depending on the cabin location and category, some have separate beds. The thoughtful design ensures a pleasant atmosphere and high comfort throughout the entire cruise.

Outside cabin

The outside cabins of the Costa Smeralda feature a large window or, in some cases, portholes, offering a beautiful view of the sea. Measuring approximately 20 m², these ocean-view cabins can accommodate 2 to 4 people (some with separate beds). Facilities include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, as well as a minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. Balcony cabin

The balcony cabins of the Costa Smeralda combine modern living comfort with a private outdoor area and a magnificent view of the sea. The private balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh sea breeze and impressive views in a relaxed atmosphere.
The cabins are approximately 17 m² in size (plus balcony) and can accommodate 2 to 4 people. Facilities include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, as well as a minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. Some cabins are equipped with separate beds.

Full board

On board, a total of 11 restaurants provide culinary variety with specialties from all over the world. These include a buffet restaurant, the "Pummid’Oro" pizzeria, the Teppanyaki restaurant, the family restaurant "Tutti a Tavola," and the "Laboratorio del Gusto," where selected dishes can be prepared by guests themselves (partially for a fee and by reservation). Dining times in the main restaurants are set by Costa.

Location

The renovated Hotel Alua Tenerife is located in Puerto de la Cruz. The town center is about 1 km away, and the volcanic sand beach Playa Jardin, a creation of the artist Cesar Manrique, is about a 2-minute walk (approx. 150m) away. Tenerife North Airport is approx. 25 km away, and Reina Sofia Airport is approx. 80 km away.
You can reach the world-famous Loro Parque after an approx. 10-minute walk.

Facilities

The extensively renovated family hotel has 424 rooms on 5 floors, which are accessible via 6 elevators. The building also features a panoramic elevator that goes to the top floor, where there is a terrace with an impressive view of the city and coast. The hotel facilities further include a reception and 2 conference rooms.
