Inside cabin

The modern and functionally furnished inside cabins of the Costa Smeralda offer a comfortable ambiance for relaxing days at sea. Amenities include air conditioning, interactive satellite TV (pay-TV for a fee), bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee) and Wi-Fi (for a fee).
With a size of approx. 13 m², the inside cabins offer space for up to four people. Depending on the cabin location and category, some have separate beds. The well-thought-out design ensures a pleasant atmosphere and a high level of living comfort throughout the entire cruise.

Outside cabin

The outside cabins of the Costa Smeralda have a large window or some have portholes and offer a beautiful sea view. With a size of approx. 20 m², the sea-view cabins offer space for 2 to 4 people (some with separate beds). Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, as well as minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. The well-thought-out design and spacious feeling make the outside cabin a comfortable retreat during the cruise.

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabins of the Costa Smeralda combine modern living comfort with a private outdoor area and a magnificent view of the sea. The private balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air and impressive views in a relaxed atmosphere.
The cabins are approx. 17 m² in size (plus balcony) and offer space for 2 to 4 people. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, as well as minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. Some cabins are equipped with separate beds.

Meals

Full board

On board, a total of 11 restaurants provide culinary variety with specialties from all over the world. These include a buffet restaurant, the "Pummid’Oro" pizzeria, the Teppanyaki restaurant, the family restaurant "Tutti a Tavola" and the "Laboratorio del Gusto", where selected dishes can be prepared by guests themselves (partly for a fee and with reservation). Meal times in the main restaurants are determined by Costa.
The gastronomic offer is supplemented by 19 bars and cafés (for a fee), including the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, the Sports Bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café and two Amarillo ice cream parlors. In addition to the full board services, the MyItalian enjoyment package can be booked. This includes a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for any time of the day. These include cocktails such as Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, Negroni and Martini cocktails, high-quality coffee specialties from Caffè Vergnano as well as beer, soft drinks and mineral water.
Also included are selected liqueurs, brandies and bitters, including Limoncello, Grappa, Averna and Ramazzotti, as well as Italian red, rosé and white wines, Prosecco and Spumante. For additional sporting activities, various courses such as yoga, Pilates and Kinesis are available in the aerobic studio (for a fee). Children's program

For children and teenagers, the Costa Smeralda offers a varied and age-appropriate leisure program in the popular Squok Children's Club. While the youngest guests can let off steam in the Mini Club (3–6 years) with games and creative activities, the Maxi Club (7–11 years) has a varied entertainment and activity program ready.
For teenagers, the Teen Junior Club (12–14 years) and the Teen Club (15–17 years) are available with age-appropriate activities, games and meeting points. Thus, young guests find the best conditions to make new friends and spend varied holiday days.

The Samsara Spa (for a fee) extends over around 6,000 m² on four decks and offers an exclusive oasis of relaxation at sea. Facilities include a thermal bath, a thalassotherapy pool, saunas, a Turkish steam bath, solarium and several whirlpools.

Entertainment

Varied entertainment is provided by spectacular shows in the theater, live music, a piano bar, a discotheque and a casino for guests aged 18 and over. The varied onboard program offers numerous possibilities for entertaining hours at sea during the day and in the evening.
For relaxation and swimming fun, four pools are available, including a covered pool area and a separate swimming deck. Special highlights include the Aqua-Park with several water slides and water attractions as well as the spectacular Skywalk at a height of around 65 meters, which allows for impressive views of the sea.
The leisure offer is rounded off by atmospheric theme evenings, interactive events and other onboard events that ensure sociable hours and unforgettable holiday moments.

Lucky Cabin: When booking a Lucky Cabin, the desired cabin category (inside, outside or balcony cabin) is selected, and the assignment of the cabin number and deck is made by Costa. Location

The hotel is located in Playa Paraiso, directly by the sea. A small beach and shopping facilities are reachable after about 500 m. It is about 10 km to Costa Adeje and Tenerife South Airport is about 30 km away.

The hotel, completely renovated in 2020, consists of a 9-story main building and a 5-story annex with 542 rooms. It has a reception, a buffet restaurant, two further buffet restaurants (Asian, Italian), a grill restaurant by the pool and a lobby bar. In the outdoor area there is an infinity pool (not heated), 3 swimming pools (1x Adults-Only), a children's pool with slides and a baby pool (all heated in winter), a sun terrace with free sun loungers and umbrellas as well as a pool bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex and in the rooms.
