Inside cabin

The modern and functionally furnished inside cabins of the Costa Smeralda offer a comfortable setting for relaxing days at sea. Features include air conditioning, interactive satellite TV (pay-TV for a fee), bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee), and Wi-Fi (for a fee).
With a size of approx. 13 m², the inside cabins can accommodate up to four people. Depending on the cabin location and category, some have twin beds. The thoughtful design ensures a pleasant atmosphere and high living comfort throughout the entire cruise.

Outside cabin

The outside cabins of the Costa Smeralda have a large window or, in some cases, portholes and offer a beautiful sea view. With a size of approx. 20 m², the sea-view cabins accommodate 2 to 4 people (some with twin beds). Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, as well as a minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. The thoughtful design and generous feeling of space make the outside cabin a comfortable retreat during the cruise.

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabins of the Costa Smeralda combine modern living comfort with a private outdoor area and a magnificent view of the sea. The private balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air and impressive views in a relaxed atmosphere.
The cabins are approx. 17 m² (plus balcony) and accommodate 2 to 4 people. Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, as well as a minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. Some cabins are equipped with twin beds.

Meals

Full board

On board, a total of 11 restaurants provide culinary variety with specialities from all over the world. These include, among others, a buffet restaurant, the "Pummid’Oro" pizzeria, the Teppanyaki restaurant, the family restaurant "Tutti a Tavola", and the "Laboratorio del Gusto", where selected dishes can be prepared yourself (partly for a fee and with reservation). Meal times in the main restaurants are set by Costa.
The gastronomic offer is complemented by 19 bars and cafés (for a fee), including the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, the sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café, and two Amarillo ice cream parlours. The MyItalian gourmet package can be added to the full board services. This includes a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at any time of the day. These include cocktails such as Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, Negroni, and Martini cocktails, high-quality coffee specialities from Caffè Vergnano, as well as beer, soft drinks, and mineral water.
Also included are selected liqueurs, brandies, and bitters, including Limoncello, Grappa, Averna, and Ramazzotti, as well as Italian red, rosé, and white wines, Prosecco, and Spumante. The offer is complemented by homemade Italian ice cream and selected culinary specialities. The drinks package ensures varied moments of enjoyment and underscores the Italian attitude to life on board the Costa Smeralda.

Sports included

The extensively and modernly equipped fitness centre with a magnificent sea view offers ideal conditions for daily training on board. Various cardio and strength machines enable sporting activities in a pleasant atmosphere.
In the outdoor area, a multi-purpose sports court and a jogging track are also available, offering numerous opportunities for movement and sporting balance under the open sky. In this way, activity, relaxation, and a holiday experience can be optimally combined on the Costa Smeralda.

Sports for a fee

For additional sporting activities, various courses such as yoga, Pilates, and Kinesis are available in the aerobics studio (for a fee). Furthermore, individual training sessions with professional supervision can be booked in the fitness centre (for a fee). This allows your personal fitness programme to be designed flexibly even during the cruise.

Children's program

For children and teenagers, the Costa Smeralda offers a varied and age-appropriate leisure programme in the popular Squok children's club. While the youngest guests can let off steam in the Mini Club (3–6 years) with games and creative activities, the Maxi Club (7–11 years) offers a diverse entertainment and activity programme.
For teenagers, the Teen Junior Club (12–14 years) and the Teen Club (15–17 years) are available with age-appropriate activities, games, and meeting points. This ensures young guests have the best conditions to make new friends and spend varied holiday days.
The offer is supplemented by a children's paddling pool and an entertainment area with video games (for a fee), which provides additional leisure fun on board.

Entertainment

For varied entertainment, there are spectacular shows in the theatre, live music, a piano bar, a disco, and a casino for guests aged 18 and over. The diverse on-board programme offers numerous possibilities for enjoyable hours at sea during the day and in the evening.
For relaxation and swimming fun, four pools are available, including a covered pool area and a separate swimming deck. Special highlights include the Aqua Park with several water slides and water attractions, as well as the spectacular Skywalk at a height of about 65 metres, which enables impressive views of the sea.

The beach hotel is located in a prime position in the Playa Fañabé area, on the kilometre-long promenade right by the sandy beach, which is perfect for strolling. Enjoy the excellent location with restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity along the waterfront promenade. The well-known „Siam Park“ water park is approx. 5 minutes away by car.

The stylishly designed apartment complex, built in terraces down to the promenade, consists of 191 units on 2 floors. There is a reception with seating, and Wi-Fi access is free throughout the resort. The resort features a buffet restaurant (in the Lagos de Fañabé resort area) and a pool snack bar. The spacious and modern outdoor area features 2 freshwater pools (only the main pool is heated), one of which is for children and includes a small water slide (not heated): Children will love it! Relax at the Sky Bar Margarita's (access for a fee; further information can be found under All Inclusive Premium) with a breathtaking view of the sea, or use one of the idyllic sun terraces with sun loungers and parasols. Refreshments are available for a fee at the "La Palapa" pool bar. For relaxation, Balinese beds (bookable on site for a fee) and sun loungers with parasols are available at the Fañabé Beach Club (also bookable in advance as a beach package).

Junior suite

The approx. 40m² junior suites feature a combined living/bedroom with a double bed (2 single beds), a sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, rental safe, satellite TV, and a furnished balcony or terrace. Upon arrival, water as well as a kettle with tea/coffee are provided in the booked room (JS2).
Also bookable for single occupancy (JS1) and as a junior suite for sole use type A at a special price (J1A).

1-Bedroom Apartment ("Silver")

With identical facilities to the junior suites, these apartments are approx. 47m² and feature a separate bedroom as well as a ceiling fan in the living room. Also with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.
These apartments are located on the lower floor and have a terrace or a small private garden. Upon arrival, water as well as a kettle with tea/coffee are provided in the booked room (A12).

1-Bedroom Apartment Superior Sea View ("Gold")

These apartments, with identical facilities to the "Silver" apartments, are located on the upper floors (only accessible via stairs, no lift) and feature air conditioning in the living room and bedroom and access to a roof terrace with sun loungers. Sea view only from the roof terrace. Upon arrival, water as well as a kettle with tea/coffee are provided in the booked room (M2U).

Duplex Suite Sea View Private Pool

The approx. 99m² duplex villas feature 2 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (1 bathroom each per bedroom on the upper floor and 1 guest WC on the ground floor) and are spread over 2 floors (spiral staircase). They are located in the first row and are separated from the sea only by the beach promenade. Amenities include a roof terrace incl. sun loungers as well as a small private garden with a pool, accessible via the living room. Also have air conditioning on each floor.
All villas additionally have a separate and fully equipped kitchen. Exclusive sea view from the roof terrace. Upon arrival, water as well as a kettle with tea/coffee are provided in the booked room (QP2/QPB).
