Inside cabin

The modern and functionally furnished inside cabins of the Costa Smeralda offer a comfortable ambiance for restful days at sea. Features include air conditioning, interactive satellite TV (pay-TV for a fee), bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee), and Wi-Fi (for a fee).
With a size of approx. 13 m², the inside cabins offer space for up to four people. Depending on the cabin location and category, separate beds may be available. The thoughtful design ensures a pleasant atmosphere and high living comfort throughout the entire cruise.

Outside cabin

The outside cabins of the Costa Smeralda feature a large window or sometimes portholes and offer a beautiful sea view. With a size of approx. 20 m², the ocean-view cabins offer space for 2 to 4 people (sometimes with separate beds). Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, as well as minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. The thoughtful design and generous sense of space make the outside cabin a comfortable retreat during the cruise.

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabins of the Costa Smeralda combine modern living comfort with a private outdoor area and a magnificent view of the sea. The private balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air and impressive views in a relaxed atmosphere.
The cabins are approx. 17 m² (plus balcony) and offer space for 2 to 4 people. Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, as well as minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. Some cabins are equipped with separate beds.

Meals

Full board

On board, a total of 11 restaurants provide culinary variety with specialties from around the world. These include a buffet restaurant, the pizzeria "Pummid’Oro," the Teppanyaki restaurant, the family restaurant "Tutti a Tavola," and the "Laboratorio del Gusto," where selected dishes can be prepared yourself (partially for a fee and with reservation). Table times in the main restaurants are determined by Costa.
The gastronomic offer is supplemented by 19 bars and cafés (for a fee), including the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, the sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café, and two Amarillo ice cream parlors. Thus, the Costa Smeralda offers diverse moments of enjoyment for every taste.

In addition to the full board services, the MyItalian enjoyment package can be booked. This includes a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for any time of the day. These include cocktails such as Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, Negroni, and Martini cocktails, high-quality coffee specialties from Caffè Vergnano, as well as beer, soft drinks, and mineral water.
Also included are selected liqueurs, brandies, and bitters, including Limoncello, Grappa, Averna, and Ramazzotti, as well as Italian red, rosé, and white wines, Prosecco, and Spumante. The offer is rounded off by homemade Italian ice cream and selected culinary specialties. Sports included

The extensively and modernly equipped fitness center with a magnificent sea view offers ideal conditions for daily training on board. Various cardio and strength machines enable sporting activities in a pleasant atmosphere.
In the outdoor area, a multi-purpose sports field and a jogging track are also available and offer numerous opportunities for exercise and sporting balance under the open sky. Thus, activity, relaxation, and vacation experience can be optimally combined on the Costa Smeralda.

Sports for a fee

For additional sporting activities, various courses such as yoga, Pilates, and Kinesis are available in the aerobic studio (for a fee). Furthermore, individual training sessions with professional support can be booked in the fitness center (for a fee). This allows your personal fitness program to be designed flexibly even during the cruise.

Children's program

For children and teenagers, the Costa Smeralda offers a varied and age-appropriate leisure program in the popular Squok Children's Club. While the youngest guests can let off steam with games and creative activities in the Mini Club (3–6 years), the Maxi Club (7–11 years) provides a diverse entertainment and activities program.
For teenagers, the Teen Junior Club (12–14 years) and the Teen Club (15–17 years) are available with age-appropriate activities, games, and meeting points. Thus, young guests find the best conditions to make new friends and spend varied vacation days.
The offer is supplemented by a children's paddling pool as well as an entertainment area with video games (for a fee), which provides additional leisure fun on board.

Entertainment

For varied entertainment, there are spectacular shows in the theater, live music, a piano bar, a disco, and a casino for guests aged 18 and over. The diverse onboard program offers numerous opportunities for entertaining hours at sea during the day and in the evening.
For relaxation and swimming fun, four pools are available, including a covered pool area and a separate swimming deck. Special highlights include the Aqua Park with several water slides and water attractions, as well as the spectacular Skywalk at a height of around 65 meters, which allows for impressive views of the sea.

Lucky cabin: When booking a Lucky cabin, the desired cabin category (inside, outside, or balcony cabin) is selected, but the assignment of cabin number and deck is done by Costa. Location

The beach hotel is located in a prime position in the Playa Fañabé area, right on the long waterfront promenade along the sandy beach, which is perfect for strolling. Enjoy the excellent location with restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity along the waterfront promenade. The famous "Siam Park" water park is about a 5-minute drive away.

The stylishly designed apartment complex, terraced down to the promenade, consists of 191 units on 2 floors. Wi-Fi is free of charge at the reception area and throughout the complex. The resort features a buffet restaurant (in the Lagos de Fañabé resort area) as well as a pool snack bar. In the spacious and modernly designed outdoor area, there are 2 freshwater pools (only the main pool is heated), one of which is for children with a small water slide (not heated): Children's hearts will beat faster here! Relax in the Sky Bar Margarita's (access for a fee, more information can be found under All Inclusive Premium) with a breathtaking view of the sea, or use one of the idyllically landscaped sun terraces with loungers and parasols. Refreshments are available for a fee at the "La Palapa" pool bar. For relaxation on the long sandy beach, Balinese beds (bookable on-site/for a fee) and loungers with parasols are available at the Fañabe Beach Club (also bookable as a beach package in advance).

The approx. 40m² junior suites feature a combined living/bedroom with a double bed (2 single beds), a sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, rental safe, satellite TV, and a furnished balcony or terrace. Upon arrival, water as well as a kettle with tea/coffee are available in the booked room (JS2).
Also bookable for single occupancy (JS1) and as a junior suite for single use Type A at a special price (J1A).

1-bedroom apartment ("Silver")

With identical equipment to the junior suites, these apartments are approx. 47m² in size and feature a separate bedroom as well as a ceiling fan in the living room. Also with air conditioning in the living and bedroom.
These apartments are located on the lower floor and have a terrace or a small private garden. Upon arrival, water as well as a kettle with tea/coffee are available in the booked room (A12).

1-bedroom apartment Superior sea view ("Gold")

These apartments are located with identical equipment to the "Silver" apartments on the upper floors (only accessible via stairs, no lift) and feature air conditioning in the living and bedroom and access to a roof terrace with sun loungers. Sea view only from the roof terrace. Upon arrival, water as well as a kettle with tea/coffee are available in the booked room (M2U).

Duplex Suite sea view private pool

The duplex villas with approx. 99m² feature 2 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (1 bathroom each per bedroom on the upper floor and 1 guest WC on the ground floor) and are spread over 2 floors (spiral staircase). These are located in the 1st row and are only separated from the sea by the beach promenade. Amenities include a roof terrace including sun loungers as well as a small private garden with a pool, which is accessible via the living room. They also feature air conditioning on every floor.
All villas additionally have a separate and fully equipped kitchen. Exclusive sea view from the roof terrace. Upon arrival, water as well as a kettle with tea/coffee are available in the booked room (QP2/QPB).
