Inside cabin

The modern and functionally furnished inside cabins of the Costa Smeralda offer a comfortable ambiance for restful days at sea. Features include air conditioning, interactive satellite TV (pay TV for a fee), bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee) as well as Wi-Fi (for a fee).
With a size of approx. 13 m², the inside cabins offer space for up to four people. Depending on the cabin location and category, twin beds are available in some cases. The well-thought-out design ensures a pleasant atmosphere and high living comfort throughout the entire cruise.

Outside cabin

The outside cabins of the Costa Smeralda have a large window or some have portholes and offer a beautiful sea view. With a size of approx. 20 m², the sea-view cabins offer space for 2 to 4 people (some with separate beds). Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe as well as minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. The well-thought-out design and the spacious room feeling make the outside cabin a comfortable retreat during the cruise.

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabins of the Costa Smeralda combine modern living comfort with a private outdoor area and a magnificent view of the sea. The private balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air and impressive views in a relaxed atmosphere.
The cabins are approx. 17 m² (plus balcony) and offer space for 2 to 4 people. Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe as well as minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. Some cabins are equipped with separate beds.

Meals

Full board

On board, a total of 11 restaurants provide culinary variety with specialties from all over the world. These include, among others, a buffet restaurant, the pizzeria "Pummid’Oro", the Teppanyaki Restaurant, the family restaurant "Tutti a Tavola" as well as the "Laboratorio del Gusto", where selected dishes can be prepared yourself (partly for a fee and reservation required). The meal times in the main restaurants are determined by Costa.
The gastronomic offer is supplemented by 19 bars and cafés (for a fee), including the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, the sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café as well as two Amarillo ice cream parlors. Thus, the Costa Smeralda offers diverse moments of enjoyment for every taste.

In addition to the full board services, the MyItalian enjoyment package can be booked additionally. This includes a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for any time of day. These include, among others, cocktails such as Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, Negroni and Martini cocktails, high-quality coffee specialties from Caffè Vergnano as well as beer, soft drinks and mineral water.
Also included are selected liqueurs, spirits and bitters, including Limoncello, Grappa, Averna and Ramazzotti, as well as Italian red, rosé and white wines, Prosecco and Spumante. The offer is rounded off by homemade Italian ice cream and selected culinary specialties. Sports included

The extensively and modernly equipped fitness center with a magnificent sea view offers ideal conditions for daily training on board. Various cardio and strength equipment allow for sporting activities in a pleasant atmosphere.
In the outdoor area, a multi-purpose sports field as well as a jogging track are also available, offering numerous opportunities for exercise and sporting balance under the open sky. Thus, activity, relaxation and vacation experience can be optimally combined on the Costa Smeralda.

Sports for a fee

For additional sporting activities, various classes such as yoga, Pilates and Kinesis are available in the aerobic studio (for a fee). Furthermore, individual training sessions with professional supervision can be booked in the fitness center (for a fee). Thus, your personal fitness program can also be designed flexibly during the cruise.

Children's program

For children and teenagers, the Costa Smeralda offers a varied and age-appropriate leisure program in the popular Squok Kids Club. While the youngest guests can let off steam in the Mini Club (3–6 years) with games and creative activities, the Maxi Club (7–11 years) has a diverse entertainment and activity program ready.
For teenagers, the Teen Junior Club (12–14 years) as well as the Teen Club (15–17 years) are available with age-appropriate activities, games and meeting points. Thus, young guests find the best conditions to make new friends and spend varied vacation days.
The offer is supplemented by a children's paddling pool as well as an entertainment area with video games (for a fee), which provides additional leisure fun on board.

The Samsara Spa (for a fee) extends over around 6,000 m² on four decks and offers an exclusive oasis of relaxation at sea. Facilities include a thermal bath, a thalassotherapy pool, saunas, a Turkish steam bath, solarium as well as several whirlpools.
The wellness offer is rounded off by diverse wellness, beauty and massage treatments, which invite you to restful breaks and pure regeneration in a stylish ambiance.

Entertainment

Spectacular shows in the theater, live music, a piano bar, a disco as well as a casino for guests aged 18 and over provide varied entertainment. The diverse onboard program offers numerous opportunities for entertaining hours at sea during the day and in the evening.
For relaxation and swimming fun, four pools are available, including a covered pool area as well as a separate swimming deck. Special highlights include the Aqua Park with several water slides and water attractions as well as the spectacular Skywalk at a height of around 65 meters, which allows for impressive views of the sea.

The well-known aparthotel, which is particularly suitable for families, features a lobby with reception, lounge, non-smoking restaurant "Globi's Bite" with air conditioning and a terrace (one with a children's corner), a theme restaurant (reservation at the reception required, dinner included 1x per stay for a minimum stay of 7 nights, 2x per stay for Excellence guests) with a terrace overlooking the ocean, a card game room and a bar. The family apartments have the same equipment as the Comfort apartments, but are equipped with a double bed for the parents in the living room (and a sofa bed) and a separate children's room, are themed for families and additionally have a children's stool and bottle warmer. Apartment Superior sea view (approx. 42 m²)

These apartments have the same equipment as the Comfort apartments. In addition, the rooms have a sea view and amenities in the bathroom (ASZ).

The Excellence apartments are high-quality and modernly furnished, with a sea view and have the same equipment as the Superior apartments. In addition, these rooms have a large balcony or terrace with sun loungers, refrigerator upon arrival with a welcome package (drinks), coffee machine with daily capsule replenishment, bathrobe and slippers, amenities in the bathroom, pillow menu and turndown service.
