Inside cabin

The modern and functionally furnished inside cabins of the Costa Smeralda offer a comfortable setting for relaxing days at sea. Amenities include air conditioning, interactive satellite TV (pay-TV for a fee), bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee), and Wi-Fi (for a fee).
With a size of approx. 13 m², the inside cabins offer space for up to four people. Depending on the cabin location and category, some twin beds are available. The thoughtful design ensures a pleasant atmosphere and high living comfort throughout the entire cruise.

Outside cabin

The outside cabins of the Costa Smeralda feature a large window or, in some cases, portholes and offer a beautiful sea view. With a size of approx. 20 m², the ocean-view cabins offer space for 2 to 4 people (partially twin beds). Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, as well as a minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. The thoughtful design and generous sense of space make the outside cabin a comfortable retreat during the cruise.

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabins of the Costa Smeralda combine modern living comfort with a private outdoor area and a magnificent view of the sea. The private balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air and impressive views in a relaxed atmosphere.
The cabins are approx. 17 m² (plus balcony) and offer space for 2 to 4 people. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, as well as a minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. Some cabins are equipped with twin beds.

Meals

Full board

On board, a total of 11 restaurants provide culinary variety with specialties from all over the world. These include a buffet restaurant, the pizzeria “Pummid’Oro,” the Teppanyaki restaurant, the family restaurant “Tutti a Tavola,” and the “Laboratorio del Gusto,” where you can prepare selected dishes yourself (partially for a fee and with reservation). Mealtimes in the main restaurants are set by Costa.
The gastronomic offer is complemented by 19 bars and cafés (for a fee), including the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, the sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café, and two Amarillo ice cream parlors. Thus, the Costa Smeralda offers diverse moments of enjoyment for every taste.

In addition to the full board services, the MyItalian enjoyment package can be booked. This includes a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for every time of day. This includes, among others, cocktails such as Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, Negroni, and Martini cocktails, high-quality coffee specialties from Caffè Vergnano, as well as beer, soft drinks, and mineral water.
Also included are selected liqueurs, brandies, and bitters, including Limoncello, Grappa, Averna, and Ramazzotti, as well as Italian red, rosé, and white wines, Prosecco, and Spumante. The offer is complemented by homemade Italian ice cream and selected culinary specialties. Sports included

The extensively and modernly equipped fitness center with a magnificent sea view offers ideal conditions for daily training on board. Various cardio and strength machines enable athletic activities in a pleasant atmosphere.

Sports for a fee

For additional athletic activities, various courses such as yoga, Pilates, and Kinesis are available in the aerobics studio (for a fee). Furthermore, individual training sessions with professional supervision can be booked in the fitness center (for a fee). Thus, your personal fitness program can be flexibly designed even during the cruise.

Children's program

For children and teenagers, the Costa Smeralda offers a varied and age-appropriate leisure program in the popular Squok kids' club. While the youngest guests can let off steam at the Mini-Club (3–6 years) with games and creative activities, the Maxi-Club (7–11 years) provides a diverse entertainment and activity program.
For teenagers, the Teen Junior Club (12–14 years) and the Teen Club (15–17 years) are available with age-appropriate activities, games, and meeting points. Thus, young guests find the best conditions to make new friends and spend varied holidays.
The offer is complemented by a children's paddling pool as well as an entertainment area with video games (for a fee), which provides additional leisure fun on board.

The Samsara Spa (for a fee) covers around 6,000 m² over four decks and offers an exclusive oasis of relaxation at sea. Amenities include a thermal bath, a thalassotherapy pool, saunas, a Turkish steam bath, solarium, as well as multiple whirlpools.
The wellness offer is rounded off by diverse wellness, beauty, and massage treatments that invite you to relaxing time-outs and pure regeneration in a stylish atmosphere.

Entertainment

Spectacular shows in the theater, live music, a piano bar, a discotheque, and a casino for guests aged 18 and over ensure varied entertainment. The diverse onboard program offers numerous opportunities for entertaining hours at sea during the day and in the evening.
For relaxation and swimming fun, four pools are available, including a covered pool area and a separate swimming deck. Special highlights include the Aqua-Park with multiple water slides and water attractions, as well as the spectacular Skywalk at a height of about 65 meters, which enables impressive views of the sea.

The well-known apartment hotel, which is particularly suitable for families, features a lobby with reception, lounge, non-smoking restaurant "Globi's Bite" with air conditioning and a terrace (one with a children's corner), a themed restaurant (reservation at reception required, from a minimum stay of 7 nights dinner included 1x per stay, for Excellence guests 2x per stay) with a terrace overlooking the ocean, card room, and bar. The family apartments have the same equipment as the Comfort apartments but are equipped with a double bed for the parents in the living room (and sofa bed) and a separate children's room; they are themed for families and additionally have a children's stool and bottle warmer. The rooms have partial pool or garden access (APF).

Superior Apartment Sea View (approx. 42 m²)

These apartments have the same equipment as the Comfort apartments. In addition, the rooms feature a sea view and amenities in the bathroom (ASZ).

The Excellence apartments are high-quality and modernly furnished with a sea view and have the same equipment as the Superior apartments. In addition, these rooms have a large balcony or terrace with sun loungers, refrigerator upon arrival with a welcome package (drinks), coffee machine with daily capsule replenishment, bathrobes and slippers, amenities in the bathroom, pillow menu, and turn-down service.
