Location

The Aktea Beach Village is located on a natural coastal stretch of Ayia Napa. Between the beach and the hotel, there is a paved nature path connecting all the hotels located on the Ayia Napa coast, up to the 9 km distant Cape Greco (nature reserve). The famous Nissi Beach and Sandy Beach are reachable in approx. 200 m. Numerous shopping and entertainment facilities are in the vicinity. The center of Ayia Napa is about 2 km away, public transport connections are available. The distance to Larnaca Airport is approx. 50 km.

The hotel has a total of 148 residential units, spread across the outbuildings. Amenities include a lobby, reception, restaurant, bar, a heated indoor pool (usable depending on season) and a mini-market in the main building. Wi-Fi is included in the public areas. In the extensive outdoor area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a pool bar (seasonal) and the sun terrace with loungers (free here, for a fee on the beach). Bath towels are available for a deposit.

The comfortably furnished studios have a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, a combined living/sleeping area with kitchenette, telephone, rental safe, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating (individually adjustable) and a balcony or terrace (S12/STI).
Also available for single use (S11) or as a budget studio (ST2/only in the summer season).
