Location

The Theo Sunset Bay Hotel is situated in a quiet, elevated location and offers magnificent views of the sea. The public natural beach (bathing shoes recommended) is just 150 m away, and Kissonerga is about 400 m away. The town center of Paphos is approximately 9 km away and offers many excursion destinations and sights. Paphos Airport is approx. 18 km away, and Larnaca Airport is approx. 140 km away.

Facilities

The extensive hotel complex comprises 211 rooms spread across several buildings. It offers a spacious lobby with a 24-hour reception, a luggage room, and a mini-market/souvenir shop. Culinary variety is provided by the two restaurants, "Christina" and "Andriana," each with magnificent views of the sea. In the garden area, there is the "Theo Café & Pool Bar" as well as two large swimming pools. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool; at the beach, they are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire hotel complex.

Junior suite

The more spacious junior suites have the same basic equipment as the double rooms and feature an additional open-plan living area with a sofa bed, espresso machine, and a furnished balcony or terrace facing inland (JS2).
