Location

The Amara is located directly on the beach in the resort of Limassol. Shops, entertainment options, and several restaurants are within walking distance. The city center is approx. 8 km away. Larnaca Airport is approx. 54 km away, Paphos Airport approx. 70 km.

Facilities

The hotel, furnished in a modern and high-quality style, has 207 rooms and suites with panoramic sea views in the main building, a lobby with reception and lobby bar, several shops including a boutique and a jeweler, several à la carte restaurants such as Nobu Matsuhisa, Ristorante Locatelli (both run by a Michelin-starred chef), Beefbar and a seafood tavern, as well as a "Roof Top" bar (open-air facilities are open depending on the weather). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The hotel's outdoor area features an infinity pool and a saltwater pool (for spa guests) with a sun terrace and pool bar, as well as a separate children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the hotel's private beach section.

Double Room Deluxe Sea View

The rooms have a marble bathroom with a large bathtub and separate shower/WC, two sinks, toiletries, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating, minibar (soft drinks, water, and juices included), safe, smart satellite TV with German-language channels, telephone, Wi-Fi (included), coffee/tea station, Nespresso machine (refilled daily), sea view, and balcony or terrace (DDM).
Also bookable for single use (DM1).
Welcome amenities and water are provided in the room upon arrival.

Double Room Deluxe Grand Sea View (bookable from 1.4.25)

These rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Deluxe but are located on the 5th floor or higher (DAM).

Deluxe Suite Sea View (bookable from 1.4.25)

With the same amenities as the Double Room Deluxe Sea View, these suites feature a living/sleeping area separated by a sliding door, a seating area, are more spacious, and have a large terrace (SDM).

With the same amenities as the Junior Suite Sea View, this suite features a separate bedroom separated by a connecting door (12X, on request) and is also more spacious.

Duplex Suite Sea View Private Pool (bookable from 1.4.25)

These duplex suites, designed in a maisonette style (bookable for guests aged 18 and over), are located on the top floors and feature floor-to-ceiling windows in the lower living/sleeping area with a sofa corner and king-size bed. The marble bathroom is equipped with a large bathtub, separate shower and WC, double sinks, toiletries, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes and slippers, and a hairdryer. The upper living/dining area with a separate WC leads to the large terrace with a private pool (heated from Nov-May).
Further amenities include a smart satellite TV, safe, telephone, tea/coffee station (refilled daily), and air conditioning/heating (QP2 for Winter 24/25, 22O for Summer 25).
