Location

The holiday village is located in Kato Paphos directly on the sea between a lighthouse and ancient royal tombs in a quiet location. The sand/pebble beach (bathing shoes recommended) is separated from the hotel only by the promenade. Local taverns and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. A bus stop is located about 800m away. Paphos Airport is about 16 km away, and Larnaca Airport is about 136 km away.

The complex, built in the style of a Greek village, consists of a main building and 259 accommodation units spread across small houses connected by narrow, colorful streets. It has a 24-hour reception, lounge, restaurant, tavern, bar, a small chapel, shops (mini-market and souvenir shop), and a laundry room. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex. The outdoor area includes a swimming pool (pool with bridge), a children's pool, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach (depending on the season).

The modern and friendly furnished rooms have a combined living/sleeping area, bath/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, beach towels, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, telephone, flat-screen satellite TV with music channel, a safe for rent, a well-equipped kitchenette (including a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee/tea station or kettle) and a balcony or terrace (U2S/RW2/STI/2AT).

The Superior Apartments are equipped like the Superior Studios and additionally have a separate bedroom (A2U/2IA).
