The hotel is located in Paphos on one of the few sand/pebble beaches awarded the Blue Flag, approx. 50m from the nearest shops and other facilities and only approx. 150m from the center of the resort and the nightlife. The old harbor of Paphos is reachable within a few minutes' walk. Bus stop in front of the hotel.
Paphos airport is approx. 16 km away.

Superior Double Room Sea View

The superior rooms are more spacious and, with the same facilities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, additionally feature a coffee table, armchair, bathrobes and slippers, as well as a balcony and sea view (DMU).

Superior Cabana Private Garden

Located in the adults-only area, these spacious rooms feature a bathroom with a bathtub incl. whirlpool function and a separate walk-in rain shower, hairdryer, luxurious toiletries, high-quality bathrobes and slippers, top-quality mattresses, blankets and pillows, individually adjustable air conditioning in the summer, centrally controlled heating in the winter, safe, 32" LCD TV with a high-quality sound system in the room and bathroom, free Wi-Fi, coffee/tea station, as well as a terrace with a private garden and sea view (Z2G).

Superior Cabana Private Pool and Garden

Featuring the same equipment as the Superior Cabana with private garden, these additionally include a private pool (C2A).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, Schauinsland-Reisen applies a minimum age of 6 years for children for bookings of these room types for safety reasons.

Breakfast/Half Board Plus/Full Board Plus

Breakfast in buffet style with live cooking stations in the "Café Royal" restaurant.
When booking Half Board Plus, dinner is additionally served in one of the four restaurants:
- "7 Orchids" restaurant
- "LIMANAKI" tavern
- "ROXANNE'S" buffet restaurant with regular theme nights
- "GARIBALDI", the Italian à-la-carte restaurant for adults
In winter, two restaurants are open:

For children aged 3 to 12 years, a varied Kids Club is available, located in a separate and safe area of the hotel. Care and supervision are provided by qualified and family-oriented staff.
The program includes cinema nights, fun shows for the whole family, as well as daily organized indoor and outdoor activities for children. In addition, supervised dinner parties for children are organized daily.
Special children's menus with healthy food options are available. Cots and high chairs are also provided.
A family-friendly swimming pool exclusively for children (not heated in winter) is available. A babysitting service can be organized upon request and for a fee. Baby cots are included upon request.

The hotel features its own fully qualified team of animators and entertainers; the daily evening entertainment at the Havana outdoor venue includes Broadway-style musicals, cover bands, fun shows for the whole family, etc. (weather-dependent/only during the summer season); the evening entertainment in the indoor "Alexander" bar includes a lighter entertainment program, such as singing performances, piano music, saxophone music, etc.; light entertainment is available at dinner, such as piano music.
