The Hotel Louis Althea Beach is located directly on the sandy beach. The town of Paralimni, with its shopping and entertainment facilities, is approximately 6 km away. Nearby, guests can visit attractions such as Cape Greco National Park, Profitis Elias Church, Fig Tree Bay, Ayia Napa Monastery, and Ayia Napa Sculpture Park. Larnaca Airport is approximately 64 km away.

The hotel has 150 rooms spread across a main building and 3 annex buildings, a lobby with a reception, TV area, air conditioning, conference room, 2 restaurants, and 2 bars. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex. The outdoor area features 2 swimming pools with a separate children's pool and a pool bar. A hotel-owned parking lot is available to guests free of charge. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pools and available at the beach for a fee. Bath towels are provided free of charge.

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (6:45 PM - 9 PM) served as a buffet in the main restaurant. Snacks are available at the pool bar from 11 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:45 PM to 5:30 PM.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 10 AM to midnight at the open bar.
