The attractive resort hotel is located directly on the pebble/sand beach of Akyarlar in a quiet setting. The tranquil town center of Turgutreis is about 10 km away, and the lively center of Bodrum is approx. 25 km away. Public minibus connections are available nearby.

The selected holiday accommodation offers 384 rooms, harmoniously integrated into the hillside (with elevators) in a main building with ten floors. The elegant lobby, featuring abundant glass and natural materials, includes a reception, chic seating areas, and panoramic sea views. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby and rooms. Further amenities include the main restaurant with a terrace and sea view, various specialty restaurants (reservation required for all, free of charge once for stays of 5 days or more, otherwise for a fee), several bars, an open-air disco, and a modern wellness center with an indoor pool. Additionally, there's a great game center with a cinema and internet cafe (partially for a fee), several shops, and conference and banquet rooms (for a fee). In the sea-facing garden area, you'll find the main pool with a whirlpool, a separate children's pool, and the activity pool, as well as an aquapark with five water slides (operates at specific hours), sun terraces, and a pool/snackbar. The large pier with its own bar is also available on the beach. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included around the pools, on the beach, and on the pier.
The facilities and offerings in the hotel's outdoor area are open according to weather conditions and at the hotel's discretion.

Double Room Sea View

The modernly equipped rooms feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, air conditioning (central and available at specific hours), Wi-Fi included, laminate flooring, and a balcony with sea view (DM). Single use of double room (DEM).

Deluxe Room Sea View

These rooms are more spacious, located on the top floor with otherwise identical amenities. They feature a double bed and an additional extra bed, as well as a larger balcony and sea view (DDM). Single use of double room (DM1).

Large Double Room Sea View

These rooms, with otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, feature a double bed and an additional sofa bed (MX2).

Large Double Room without Balcony

These rooms are slightly more spacious than the double rooms with similar amenities, are located on the land side, and do not have a balcony (GDO).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but are located on the land side and do not have a balcony (SOZ).

Family Suite Sea View

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, these suites feature an additional sleeping area. One room is equipped with a double bed and the other with two single beds, coffee/tea setup, a connecting door, and sea view (2FM). Also bookable under hotel code BJVA13 (DFM).

Family Room Sea View

These consist of two double rooms with a connecting door and sea view (F2M).

Junior Suite Sea View

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, these feature a seating area and an extra bed (J2M).

Superior Suite

These exceptional suites are located in the annex building and consist of two duplex-style bedrooms, offering one double bed and two single beds, as well as a private shared pool for Superior Suite guests. A turndown service is among the other amenities (SUM).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast (with freshly squeezed juices), lunch and dinner in buffet form, snacks, ice cream, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight snacks. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are available 24 hours a day at the open bars. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks and a bottle of beer upon arrival and is refilled daily as needed.
