The hotel is located in Akyarlar, 120 meters from the hotel's own pebble/sand beach with a jetty. The town of Turgutreis is approximately 8 km away, the lively center of Bodrum is about 23 km away, and Milas/Bodrum Airport is approximately 60 km away. Public minibus connections are available nearby.

The holiday complex offers a total of 165 rooms. Facilities include a modern reception hall with a reception area and lobby bar, a main restaurant, an à la carte restaurant (included once per stay, reservation required and subject to availability), further bars, and a conference room. Wi-Fi is included in public areas and rooms. The well-maintained gardens feature a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a pool/snackbar, and a relaxation pool. Sun loungers with integrated cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included at the beach with beach bar and on the jetty.

The modernly equipped rooms are located in the main building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central and hourly), LCD satellite TV, direct dial telephone, safe, minibar, tiled floor, and balcony (D). Club Room

These rooms, with the same amenities, are considerably more spacious and feature a bedroom and a living room with a connecting door, and individually controlled air conditioning (CD). Available with sea view at an additional charge (2CM).

Help yourself to breakfast (with freshly squeezed orange juice), lunch, and dinner from extensive buffets, late riser breakfast, midnight snacks, various snacks during the day, and tea/coffee and pastries/ice cream at certain times. In addition, various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at the bars in operation from 10 am to midnight. Fresh fruit, snacks, cold drinks, and cool towels are served once daily by the pool and on the beach. Your minibar is stocked daily with two bottles of water and two bottles of mineral water.
