The luxury complex guarantees the best conditions for a dream holiday. 22 residences are spread across buildings with two floors. The impressive reception hall warmly welcomes guests with a special drink. Check-in is handled by the personal Maxx Assistant service. The 'Roda' A la Carte Restaurant (for a fee outside of concept hours) is also available as a highlight. The special atmosphere of this exceptional complex is also reflected in its many amenities. The Castana Bar (for a fee) with various drink offers and premium beverages, a pool for adults (lift for guests with physical disabilities), and a separate children's pool invite guests to relax on the sun terraces. Sun loungers (with integrated cushions), parasols, and bath towels are free of charge.

These luxury residences offer a total area of 322 sqm with a 124 sqm living space and a 136 sqm garden area. The houses are equipped on the first floor with a living room, seating area, kitchen, TV, toilet, and a garden with a dining table and garden seating. The upper floor contains the master bedroom with a double bed, wall-mounted TV, bathroom with shower, toilet, and safe, as well as a terrace with sun loungers made of wood for 2 people (RES).

Residence Mono

They have a total area of 386 sqm (187 sqm living space and 70 sqm garden area) and additionally include a babysitting room and a laundry room (REM).

Residence Panorama Room
