The hotel is located directly on a sand/pebble beach. The center of Bodrum with its numerous shopping and entertainment venues as well as restaurants and bars is approx. 10 km away. The airport is approximately 23 km away.

The hotel has a total of 420 rooms. Amenities include a lobby with reception, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar. A buffet restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (included once per stay in one of the restaurants with a minimum stay of five days, upon prior reservation and subject to availability; the fish à la carte restaurant is available for a service fee), various bars, an indoor pool (heated seasonally and depending on weather), a hairdresser, conference rooms, and several shops are all available for a fee. Double Room Sea View

Located in the main building, these rooms offer the same amenities as the Type B double rooms but with carpeted flooring, sea view, and a balcony or terrace (DM). DZ=single use (DEM). For Summer ’26, available in limited numbers during certain periods at more favorable rates (DMA). Top floor units are available in limited numbers for Summer '26 during certain periods at more favorable rates (UPS).

Double Room Type B

These are comfortable rooms in the village area with similar amenities to the Club double rooms, featuring marble floors and an additional sofa bed, plus a balcony or terrace (DB). DZ=single use (DBE/So26 DEB).
For Summer '26, available for single occupancy in limited numbers during certain periods at more favorable rates (DEC).

Double Room Type A

These rooms are identical to the double rooms and are located in the village area; available in limited numbers for families with 2 children (DA).

Deluxe Family (Summer 25)

These spacious rooms are located in the villa area, are approx. 65 m² in size, offer similar amenities to the double rooms, and feature a mini-kitchen, bathrobe, and a balcony with seating options. Maximum capacity for 3+1, with sea view (SDM).

Deluxe Family Suite (Summer 25)

With a similar location and amenities to the Deluxe family rooms, these are slightly more spacious (approx. 85 m²), feature 2 rooms, each with its own shower/WC, with a maximum capacity for 4+2 people and garden view (LY2). Rooms with sea view can be booked for an additional charge (FDM). From Summer '25, only available as sea view rooms (FDM).

Double Room Superior (Summer 2026)

These rooms have similar amenities to the double rooms but may be located in the club, villa, or main building area. Guests in this room category enjoy special privileges: complimentary second use of the à-la-carte restaurant, early check-in/late check-out (subject to availability), 25% discount in the SPA area, a complimentary taster massage, fruit basket upon arrival in the room, bathrobe for adults, and a beach bag (DSU).
