Location

The generously designed bungalow complex, covering approx. 105,000 m², is located directly on the hotel's own swimming bay with a jetty. The center of Didim, with numerous restaurants, shops, and entertainment options, is about 1 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available.

This bungalow complex, set amidst extensive gardens, consists of a main building with three floors (elevators available) and a club building (each with one floor). The hotel's amenities include an elegant lobby with reception, several bars, a main restaurant with a terrace (seasonal), three à la carte restaurants (one included per stay of five nights or more), a patisserie, conference rooms, several shops, a wellness center (for a fee), and an indoor pool (open seasonally). The carefully maintained gardens, facing the sea, feature an amphitheater for evening entertainment, a freshwater swimming pool, a relaxation pool (for adults 18+), and another pool with three water slides (open at certain hours, weather permitting), as well as a separate children's pool, also with a water slide (open at certain hours). A pool/snackbar and sun terraces (seasonal) are also available. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels (with a deposit card) are provided here and on the beach.

Accommodation

Standard Double Room

The rooms are located in the main building and tastefully furnished with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi included, minibar, tea/coffee making facilities, safe, ceramic flooring, and a French balcony (DO). Double room for single use (D1O/Summer'26 DEO). In the early and late season, the double room for single use is also available at more favorable rates at certain times (DEI).

Standard Club Room

Identical to the double rooms, only slightly more spacious and with laminate flooring. The rooms are located in the club area and feature a terrace (CD). Double room for single use (CDE). In the early and late season, the standard club room is also available at more favorable rates at certain times (CDI).

Large Double Room

Identical to the club rooms in the club area, only slightly more spacious, with a bunk bed, and featuring a balcony or terrace (D2X).

Club Family Room

The family rooms are located in the club area in the garden and feature a bedroom and a living area with two sofa beds, a connecting door, and a balcony or terrace (CF2).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms in the main building, located in a less favorable position, and also have a French balcony (SOZ). Double room for single use (SOE).

Large Double Room Type A

With similar amenities to the club large double rooms, in limited numbers, at more favorable rates and in a less favorable location, but with a terrace (G2A).

Superior Room

The Superior Rooms have the same amenities as the Standard Double Rooms. When booking this category, guests will also receive a second free à la carte meal with a minimum stay of 10 days, a 20% discount in the wellness area, a welcome cocktail upon arrival, and a one-time in-room breakfast service with a minimum stay of 22 nights (DSU).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, late riser's breakfast, snacks, coffee/tea and cake throughout the day, midnight snack, and ice cream. With a minimum of 7 nights' stay, you can dine at one of the à la carte restaurants subject to availability and reservation. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included around the clock at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks upon arrival and refilled daily with water bottles.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Room service, telephone and fax charges, freshly squeezed juices, other imported drinks, and doctor's service.

Sports included

Two tennis courts during the day with own equipment, table tennis, fitness room, beach volleyball, aerobics, and basketball.
