Location

Your holiday hotel is separated from the sand/pebble beach only by the promenade. The centre of Marmaris, with its many shopping and entertainment facilities, is approximately 8 km away.

Facilities

The holiday complex for carefree holidays offers you 283 rooms in 4 buildings. Amenities include the reception hall with reception, elevators and comfortable seating areas. Furthermore, a buffet restaurant with terrace, two à la carte restaurants (by prior reservation subject to availability, for a service fee, from May 15th to September 15th), several bars, patisserie, shops and a wellness area with an indoor pool. In the beautifully landscaped garden you will find two swimming pools, one with a separate children's pool, sun terrace and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols and a daily change of beach towels are free of charge by the pool and on the beach.

Double room

The comfortably furnished rooms have a shower/WC, slippers, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, tea/coffee making facilities, minibar, air conditioning (central, weather-dependent, hourly), safe, laminate flooring and a balcony (D). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional cost (DM). DZ=EZ for single use (DE/DEM).

Economy double room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms, but without a balcony and facing the land side (SSZ).

Deluxe Villa

These rooms are identical to the double rooms and consist of a living room and a bedroom. One shower/WC and one bath/WC in the bedroom (2DV).

Deluxe Suite

These rooms have two bedrooms (one king and one twin) with a connecting door, two shower/WC and one bath/WC in the bedroom; otherwise, they have the same amenities as the double rooms (2DS).

Grand Deluxe Villa

The Grand Deluxe Villas have two bedrooms, two bath/WC with jacuzzi, a large living room with fireplace, and a balcony or terrace (GX2).

Breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style. Drinks are available for a fee.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream in the patisserie at certain times, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and some imported drinks are included at the open bars from 10 am to 1 am. Your minibar is stocked daily with still and sparkling water.
