Location

The comfortable hotel is separated from the public sand/pebble beach only by the lively beach promenade. It is about 2 km to the center of Marmaris with its shopping and entertainment facilities. There are regular public minibus connections to the town center directly in front of the complex.

The hotel consists of a semi-circular building and has 324 rooms spread over five floors (elevators are available). The elegantly designed lobby with reception, seating areas, the lobby bar, the main restaurant with terrace, an à la carte restaurant, various bars, conference rooms, a business internet corner (free of charge) and various shops, as well as a modern spa center with a large fitness room and a heated semi-Olympic indoor pool. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The well-kept garden area features a spacious freshwater swimming pool with pool bar, sun terraces, a whirlpool, and a waterslide, as well as a separate children's pool. Here, as well as on the beach, sun loungers with soft surfaces, umbrellas, and bath towels are included.

Double room

The comfortably furnished standard rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, LCD satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi, direct dial telephone, safe, tea/coffee making facilities, centrally controlled air conditioning (hourly), parquet flooring, and a balcony. Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional charge. From summer 2019, rooms with a side sea view will also be bookable for an additional charge. Double room = single use.

Super Saver Room

Are identical to the double rooms, have a balcony and are located on the land side.

Suite

Are identical to the double rooms, but consist of two rooms, a living room and a bedroom with a double bed. Sea view can be booked at an additional charge.

Deluxe Suite (Summer 2019)

The luxurious Deluxe Suites are located on the 5th floor and feature a marble-clad bathroom with a jacuzzi, a spacious open-plan living/sleeping area, and a large balcony with sea view.

Board

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, late riser breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form, snacks during the day, ice cream, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, as well as midnight soup and noodles. The pool bar with snack menu and the beach bar with service to the beach are included. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Your minibar will be stocked with soft drinks, beer, chips, and chocolate and will be replenished daily as needed.

Premium imported drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, visits to the Steak & Bar à la carte restaurant (drinks are included except for bottled wines and imported drinks), telephone and fax charges, room service, and laundry, ironing, and dry cleaning services.

Sports included

(subject to availability): Tennis courts (artificial turf/clay court) during the day with your own equipment, table tennis, and a spacious fitness room.

Sports for a fee

Tennis in the evening with floodlights, rental of tennis rackets and balls, billiards, massages. Various water sports at the beach through third-party providers independent of the hotel.
