The manageable holiday resort is located only about 40 m from the pebble/sand beach and approx. 100 m from the resort of Icmeler. The lively center of Marmaris can be reached after approx. 8 km. Taxis and public minibus connections are available on the main road.

The modernly furnished rooms (approx. 19 m²) have two single beds or a French bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, air conditioning (individually adjustable), LED satellite TV, minibar, tea/coffee setup, direct dial telephone, high-speed Wi-Fi, tiled floor, balcony, and face the land side (DD2). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DDM). DZ=EZ for single use (DD1/DDV).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the open buffet, snacks in the afternoon at specified times, ice cream hour, coffee/tea with pastries, and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at the pool bar from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. The Coffee Company is open 24 hours. Your minibar will be stocked with soft drinks and beer upon arrival and refilled with still water as needed. 24-hour room service with a selected menu is included. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
