Your holiday hotel is located in the lively city of Marmaris and is approx. 1 km from the public sand/pebble beach. Many shopping and entertainment facilities are in the immediate vicinity, public minibus connections are available directly in front of the hotel.

The chic holiday complex offers a total of 190 rooms in two buildings with five and seven floors. A modern reception hall with a reception, lifts, inviting seating areas and a lobby bar welcomes you. Other facilities include the main restaurant and two à la carte restaurants (for a fee), an English pub and other bars, a patisserie, and the wellness center. Wi-Fi is included in the hotel building and in the rooms. Various shops, a game room, and a hairdresser are available for a fee. In the well-maintained outdoor area, you will find the fresh water swimming pool with 2 water slides and a separate children's pool with 2 two water slides, an indoor pool (open seasonally), a sun terrace, and the pool/snackbar. You can also use the pools of the sister hotel Club Cettia Resort (located opposite across the side street. Food/drinks at the sister hotel are for a fee). Sun loungers, mattresses, and sunshades are available free of charge around the pool. There is a daily free shuttle service from the hotel to the beach.

Double Room

The modernly furnished rooms are approx. 35m² in size and have a bath/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, minibar, kettle and coffee/tea setup, safe, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, pull-out sofa for the third person, parquet or carpet flooring, and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Family Room

These rooms have a similar setup to the double rooms but with an additional living area with a sofa bed and are approx. 70m² in size.

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, various snacks throughout the day, ice cream hour, coffee/tea specialties and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the bars open at the respective times from 10 am to 11 pm. Upon arrival, your minibar will be stocked once with still water and mineral water.

Not included in All Inclusive

Imported drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, drinks after 11 pm.

Sports Included

Darts, water polo, table tennis, aerobics, tennis with your own equipment (equipment rental possible with a deposit), and a small fitness room.
