The hotel is located in the center of Didim and has private beach access with two jetties and a beach bar, allowing you to spend wonderful days by the sea without missing anything.
Numerous shopping and entertainment options, as well as restaurants and bars, are approximately 7 km away.
Bodrum Airport is about 86 km away, and Izmir Airport is about 148 km away.

The hotel has a total of 454 rooms spread across two five-story and seven-story buildings with elevators and several bungalows. Facilities include a reception hall with a reception desk, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar. A buffet restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (included once per stay with a minimum stay of five nights, with advance reservation and subject to availability), several bars, and conference rooms are among the amenities offered by the hotel. A hairdresser and several shops are also available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included in the rooms and public areas. The outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool and a separate children's pool (the main pool is heated at the hotelier's discretion), another pool with seven water slides for adults, and a children's pool with five water slides. A relaxation pool, as well as sun terraces with snack/pool bars, ensure pure relaxation.
Sun loungers with integrated cushions, sunshades, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach with the beach bar.

The rooms located in the villa area are approx. 28-32 sqm and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled and weather-dependent), safe, minibar, kettle, and coffee/tea setup, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, slippers, and laminated ceramic flooring, sofa bed, and balcony or terrace (DA).
Double room for single use (DEA).
For Summer '26:
Available in limited numbers, at certain times with more favorable conditions than double room for single use with land view (DIE).
Available for families with children at more favorable conditions and at certain times in limited numbers with land view (DB). Sea view can be booked (DMA).
Sea view rooms on the top floor can be booked (UPS).

Double Room

The rooms located in the main building offer, with the same amenities as the Village Standard Rooms, a double bed or two single beds at the hotelier's discretion (D).
Sea view can be booked for an additional charge (DM). Double room for single use (DE/DEM).

Large Double Room Type A (Summer 25)

With similar amenities and location as the Village Standard Rooms, these rooms are slightly more spacious (approx. 32-35 sqm) and feature a bunk bed for children (Summer 25 GDB).

Family Room Type A

With similar amenities to the Double Rooms Type A, these rooms have an additional bedroom with two single beds and a connecting door (2FA).

Suite Type A

These approx. 45 sqm rooms offer, in addition to amenities similar to the Village Standard Rooms, a second bedroom with two single beds and a connecting door (SA).

These rooms correspond to the Double Rooms Type A and are located in the villa area (CD/CDE).

Double Room Poolside

The rooms located in the villa area are approx. 28-32 sqm and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled and weather-dependent), safe, minibar, kettle, and coffee/tea setup, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, slippers, and laminated ceramic flooring, sofa bed, and balcony or terrace, and are pool-facing (DP). Double room for single use (PDE).
