The holiday residence is located directly on a beautiful sandy beach; the centre of Kusadasi with its many entertainment and shopping options is approx. 9 km away. Regular public minibus connections are available in front of the hotel.

This popular mid-range hotel with a club atmosphere offers a total of 354 rooms spread across seven buildings, each with four floors (all buildings without a lift). Central facilities include a chic reception area with a front desk, inviting seating areas, and a lobby bar, as well as the main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (included once per stay with prior reservation), several bars, a kiosk (for a fee), and a modern wellness area. Wi-Fi is available in many parts of the complex free of charge. In the beautifully landscaped garden, you will find an amphitheatre for evening shows, a spacious swimming pool area, a separate children's pool, an aqua park with several slides (hourly), sun terraces, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and parasols are provided free of charge here and on the hotel's own beach; pads and pool towels are available for a deposit.

Double Room

The functional double rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), telephone, satellite TV, mini-fridge, and a balcony (D). Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM/DEM). Single room = double room for single use (DE). At certain times and in limited numbers, they can be booked at better rates for land view and single use (DEA) or sea view (AME/So'27 DMI).

Family Room

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, these feature a separate bedroom with a connecting door, an additional shower/WC, and a second balcony (DF2).

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms feature a bunk bed for children (DE2).
