Location

The appealing resort hotel is situated in a beautiful bay, directly on the sloping coarse sand/pebble beach. A bathing platform provides easy access to the sea. The center of Kusadasi, with its many shopping and entertainment options, is approximately 5 km away; public minibus services and taxis are available.

This attractive holiday destination was built on a total area of 421,000 m². The 655 rooms are distributed across a main building with nine floors and several terraced rows of bungalows. Among the many amenities are an elegant lobby with reception, lifts, inviting seating areas, and a Sunset Bar (Wi-Fi included in the lobby), a main restaurant with a large terrace, à-la-carte restaurants offering various cuisines (fish throughout the season, Italian from 15.5.-1.10., and Chinese from 1.6.-1.10., all subject to reservation and availability), additional bars, a stylish shopping arcade, a disco, conference rooms, and a wellness area with a modern indoor pool (heated 11.3.-31.5. and 1.10.-31.12.). In the well-maintained gardens, you will find an amphitheater for evening entertainment, as well as a swimming pool landscape on various levels with sun terraces, pool/snack bar, additional bars, a main pool, separate children's pools, another pool, a fun-filled aquapark (1.5.-31.10.) with five cool water slides (operated hourly), and a dedicated kids' area (1.5.–31.10.) with a children's pool, two water slides, and a playground. Sunbeds, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included around the pools and at the beach with its beach bar.

Double room

Located in the main building, these rooms are attractively furnished and feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, minibar, safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled, operated hourly), carpet flooring, and a balcony facing the landside. Sea view can be booked for an additional charge. Double room = Single room.

Double room Superior

With otherwise the same equipment as the double rooms located in the main building, but larger and with a sea view.

Club room

These are located in the row bungalows in the garden area and are accessible via several steps. Offering simpler furnishings than the double rooms, they feature a shower/WC and tiled floor, as well as an additional bedroom separated by a door and a terrace with garden view.

Club Family room

Similar equipment and size to the club rooms, but with two bathrooms and a side sea view.
(Additionally bookable under ADBA01 as a Family room (DF2).)

Meals

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late-riser breakfast, various snacks during the day at different stations, ice cream hour in the afternoon (from 1.5.-1.10.), as well as coffee/tea and pastries, and a midnight snack. Furthermore, you can dine once per week in one of the à-la-carte restaurants, subject to reservation and availability. Various local and some imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Your minibar is refilled daily with cola and still water. If guest numbers are low, meals will be served as a set menu.

(Subject to availability): Tennis during the day on two hard courts, tennis equipment rental, table tennis, multi-functional court for basketball and mini-football, fitness room. Aerobics, water gymnastics, and, at the beach, pedal boats and canoes, as well as surfing for experienced guests with a license.

Billiards, floodlights for the tennis courts, and various water sports at the beach offered by external providers (seasonal).

Children's program

Children and a clown sit at an outdoor table, part of a hotel or vacation activity.
Multilingual mini-club during the day for children aged 4-7, Maxi Club for 8-12 year-olds, and Teen Club for 13-17 year-olds. Kids' area with slide, pool, and playground, as well as separate children's pools and high chairs in the restaurant.
