The hotel is located directly on the sandy beach. The center of Kusadasi with numerous entertainment options is approximately 5 km away. Public minibus and taxi services are available near the hotel.

The hotel comprises several buildings and has 373 rooms. Amenities include an elegant reception hall with a reception area, lobby bar, TV room, comfortable seating areas, and lifts. Wi-Fi is included in main areas and rooms. The hotel also offers a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (open alternately from May to October, reservation required, and included once with a seven-day booking subject to availability), several bars, a disco, and an indoor pool (unheated). For an additional fee, there are conference rooms, shops, and a hairdresser. The spacious garden area features a large freshwater swimming pool, a relaxation pool, a children's aquapark (weather permitting), and a sun terrace with a pool bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels (deposit required) are provided free of charge at the pool and the hotel's private beach section.

- The pool/snackbar and disco are not available.

Deluxe Room

These rooms feature a bedroom with a double or two single beds and a sofa bed (90x190cm), a shower/WC, hairdryer, mini-fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, safe, LCD satellite TV, individually controlled air conditioning, rental safe, direct dial telephone, laminate flooring, and a balcony (DD2). Rooms with direct sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DDM). Single room occupancy (DM1).

ADBA39: Family Room

The family rooms are approximately 40 m² and similar in amenities, but consist of two rooms with a connecting door. One room is equipped with a double bed for sleeping and the other has two single beds (DF2).

Buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served. Late risers' breakfast is available. From May onwards, enjoy various snacks throughout the day, and at specific times, coffee/tea, pastries, and ice cream are offered, along with a midnight soup. A selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served for 21 hours a day at the open bars (closed from 7 to 9 AM). The minibar is refilled daily with water.
