The hotel is located directly on the private sandy beach of Kusadasi. Numerous entertainment and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. Kusadasi is approximately 5 km away, and Izmir Airport is approximately 75 km away.

The hotel has 465 rooms spread across U-shaped buildings with seven floors. Amenities include a lobby with a lobby bar, reception, a main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (once per 5 nights stay, one with reservation and subject to availability included, further visits for a fee) and several bars, an indoor pool with an integrated children's pool, and a well-equipped spa. Various shops, several conference rooms, and a hairdresser (each for a fee) are available. Wi-Fi is free in the lobby. Outdoor facilities include a main pool, a children's pool with three water slides, an aqua pool for adults with seven slides, as well as a seawater pool and a quiet pool for adults. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included here and on the beach.

Double Room

The modern rooms (approx. 25 m²) have a double bed or two single beds, a shower/WC, hairdryer, central air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, minibar, electric kettle, and coffee/tea setup, parquet flooring, and a balcony with a side sea view (D/DMS). Double room for single use (DE/DES). Under ADBA03, also bookable with a side sea view (DMS/DES).

Superior Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, but larger (approx. 45 m²) (DSU/DAS/from Summer 26: D2S). Under ADBA03, also bookable with sea view (DMU).

Family Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms consist of two double rooms with a connecting door and have land or garden view (DF2). (Under ADBA03, also bookable for 2 adults + 3 children (4KA)).

Double Room Type A (Summer 2025)

The rooms, approximately 30-33 m², have similar amenities to the double rooms but feature a double bed, a whirlpool in the bathroom, and offer sea views (DA/DEA).

Deluxe Double Room

Similarly equipped to the Double Room Type A, approximately 35 m² in size, with carpet flooring and a bathtub with a whirlpool in the bathroom (DD2). Under ADBA03, also bookable with sea view (DDM).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet style. Late riser breakfast, various snacks and pastries throughout the day, and a midnight soup (12:00 AM - 5:00 AM). Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open. The minibar is stocked daily with soft drinks. Wearing the Ultra All-Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Premium drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, cocktails, and energy drinks.
