The holiday domicile is located directly on the beautiful sandy beach. The lively center of Kusadasi is approx. 3 km away and can be reached by public minibus and taxi connections.

The holiday hotel has a total of 361 rooms and consists of seven blocks (elevator available). Central facilities include the spacious reception hall with reception, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, the main restaurant with terrace and beautiful sea views, various à la carte restaurants (included once with a minimum stay of seven nights), other bars, various shops (for a fee), disco and the wellness area. Wi-Fi is included in the hotel area and in the rooms. In the well-kept garden area you will find a freshwater swimming pool (600m2) with a separate children's pool (20m2) and an aqua park with twenty-two slides and a wave pool on an area of 6,000 m², an indoor pool (150m2) with a separate children's pool (15 m²), the sun terrace and a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, mattresses, sunshades and beach towels are free of charge here and at the hotel's own beach section with a bathing jetty and beach bar.

Double room

The rooms offer shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (split), safe, minibar, LCD satellite TV and balcony and garden view (D). Sea view can be booked at an additional cost (DM). Double room = single room for single use (DE/DEM).

Economy double room

They are identical to the double rooms and have no balcony (SSZ).

Large double room

With otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, they are slightly larger with garden view (D2X). Sea view rooms can be booked at an additional cost (MX2).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon. In addition, various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as imported and soft drinks are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open at the time. Your minibar will be filled daily with water and on arrival with soft drinks.
