The beachfront hotel is located directly on the private sandy beach of the resort town Kusadasi. The nearest point of interest is Ephesus, approx. 35 km away, the airport is approx. 90 km away, and the nearest town of Kusadasi is approx. 12 km away.

The hotel, consisting of a main and a side building, has 240 rooms on five floors and two lifts. The interior includes a lobby with a reception, lobby bar, and comfortable seating. Wi-Fi (in public areas). Facilities also include a buffet restaurant with a terrace, several bars, a conference room, a spa area, and an indoor pool (June 15 - September 15, for ages 16 and up), various shops, and a hairdresser (each for a fee). The pool area includes a freshwater swimming pool, an aquapark with 3 water slides, a snack bar, and a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, cushions, and umbrellas as well as beach towels are included at the beach with a beach bar and by the pool.

Accommodation

Double room

The modernly furnished rooms are located in the side building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, LCD satellite TV, minibar (refilled daily with fresh water), coffee/tea setup, safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled), laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Deluxe room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious and are located in the main building (DD2). Sea view can be booked at an extra charge (DDM).

Double room with direct pool access

Located in the side building, these rooms offer direct access to the private pool area with similar amenities to the double rooms. Bookable for ages 16 and up (SWD).

Superior room

Located similarly to the deluxe rooms, these are slightly more spacious, situated on the top floor with seating and sea view (DSM).

Family room

With the same amenities as the deluxe rooms, these feature one bedroom and a living room with two sofa beds and a connecting door (DF2). Side sea view can be booked at an extra charge (FS2).

Buffet-style breakfast, late riser's breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Snacks available during the day, coffee/tea/ice cream and pastries in the afternoon, midnight snacks. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included from 10 am to 11 pm at the respective open bars.
