Location

The impressive holiday resort is located directly on the wide sandy/pebble beach (slightly pebbly at the water's edge) of Özdere. This small town with shopping facilities can be reached after approx. 3 km. The distance to the famous ancient city of Ephesus is approx. 25 km and to Kusadasi about 35 km. Public minibus and taxi connections are available near the hotel.

The resort hotel with a total area of approx. 50,000 m² consists of a main building with seven floors and a total of 470 rooms. The various amenities for guests include an elegant lobby with reception, lobby bar, comfortable seating areas, and lifts. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel area. Furthermore, the hotel offers a buffet restaurant with terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (once per stay free of charge for stays of 7 days or more), several bars, an Irish Pub, a patisserie, a disco, and, for a fee, conference rooms, shops, and a hairdresser. The extensive garden area features two large freshwater swimming pools with pavilions (for a fee), another freshwater pool with four water slides (open by the hour), and a separate children's pool with three water slides (open by the hour), as well as the sun terrace and pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are available free of charge here and at the hotel's private beach section with beach bar and jetty. Pavilions with loungers and cushions are available at the private beach section for a fee.

Double Room

The modern rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, bathrobe and slippers, direct-dial telephone, minibar, coffee/tea setup, safe, LCD satellite TV (82‘‘), Wi-Fi, air conditioning (centrally controlled, weather-dependent), laminate flooring, and a balcony facing the land side. A sofa bed is provided for the third person (D). Sea view or side sea view rooms can be booked for an extra charge (DM/DMS). Double rooms can also be booked for single use (DE/DEM/DES).

Super Saver Room

Identical to the double rooms, but with limited view (SSZ).

These rooms have 2 bedrooms, shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, bathrobe and slippers, direct-dial telephone, minibar, coffee/tea setup, safe, LCD satellite TV (82‘‘), air conditioning (centrally controlled, weather-dependent and by the hour), and a balcony or terrace.
Sea view is available for an extra charge.

Royal Double Room

These offer similar amenities to the double rooms, with an additional living room separated by a connecting door (without sofa bed), a second LCD TV, and two bathrooms (one with bathtub, one with shower). These rooms have a sea view (RZ2).

Lagoon Double Room

These feature similar amenities to the Royal Deluxe rooms, but consist of two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a living room. They have two bathrooms (one with bathtub, one with shower). These rooms have a sea view (LD2).

You will receive breakfast (with freshly squeezed orange juice), lunch, and dinner, all in buffet form including a diet section. During the day, various snack variations are offered at several stations, as well as coffee/tea, pastries, and ice cream in the patisserie, plus a midnight snack. A variety of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as several imported drinks, are served 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is refilled daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer.
