The holiday property is located in a quiet bay, right on the long sand/pebble beach of Karaburun. The town of Alanya is 33 km away, Side is 27 km away, and Manavgat is 24 km away. Taxi and minibus connections are available near the hotel. The Antalya airport is 90 km away.

The comfortable hotel complex belonging to the Kirman Group features a total of 360 rooms across five floors with four panoramic elevators. Various amenities include an elegant reception hall with a front desk, cozy seating areas and an elegant lobby, a game hall, and Wi-Fi, which is included throughout the entire complex. The main restaurant with a terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (each requires a reservation and is subject to availability; included once per stay of at least 7 nights), various shops, a mini-market, a hairdresser, the wellness area (each for a fee), and an indoor pool with a separate children's pool. In the garden area, there is an amphitheater for evening events, a freshwater swimming pool with five water slides and a separate children's pool (heated in April and May), and a sun terrace with a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, pads, parasols, and bath towels are provided for our guests at the pools and at the beach (with a beach bar) free of charge.

Double room

The tastefully furnished rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, one double bed and one single bed, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, air conditioning (centralized, set hours), laminate and tile flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with side or direct sea views can be booked for an additional charge (DMS/DM). Double room as single use (DE/DES/DEM).

Family room

The family rooms have the same features as the double rooms but also include an additional bedroom with a connecting door and a bathroom/WC (DF2).

Superior double room

The rooms consist of one double bed and one single bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, bathrobe, slippers, pillow menu, air conditioning, digital satellite and LCD screen, IPTV, baby cot (optional), free safe, minibar, and electric kettle (tea and coffee), laminate flooring, and a balcony (DSU).
