The hotel is located in the Kestel district, next to the Dim River, and directly on the long sand/pebble beach. It is approximately 6 km from Alanya city center and 140 km from Antalya Airport. Taxis and public minibuses are readily available near the hotel.

The hotel complex consists of a 3-story building (elevators available) and offers 350 rooms. Amenities include a reception area, an elegant lobby with comfortable seating, a main restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (one reservation per stay included), several bars, a heated indoor pool, and a spa area. There are also some shops and a hairdresser (both for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The outdoor area features a freshwater pool, a relax pool (+16 years), a pool with three water slides, a sun terrace, and a pool bar. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the beach club and beach bar, as well as by the pool. All outdoor facilities are subject to the hotelier's discretion during winter and may be limited.

With similar amenities and location to the suites, these rooms have an additional connecting door (DF2).
