Location

The holiday residence is located directly on the sandy/pebbly beach of Konakli. Alanya is approximately 12 km away. Public minibus connections and taxis are available near the hotel. The hotel can also be booked with arrival at Gazipasa Airport (GZP), the distance is 48 km. Antalya Airport is approx. 113 km away.

The spacious, well-known club resort promises active and entertaining holidays. The 416 rooms in total are spread across eight two-story bungalows and three three-story modernly designed block buildings. In the entrance area, there is a friendly reception with comfortable seating areas and shops (for a fee). Further facilities include the buffet restaurant with terrace, an à-la-carte restaurant, a patisserie, an amphitheater, a discotheque, and the Neptun Bar. Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort for a fee. In the well-kept outdoor area, there are three freshwater swimming pools with a separate children's pool, surrounded by sun terraces. Additionally, the aqua park offers a children's pool with several children's water slides and a pirate ship, as well as another pool with three water slides (all slides open hourly/weather-dependent from 1.5. to 20.10.), providing plenty of fun and entertainment for guests aged 16 and older as well. Around the pools and at the beach, which features a bathing jetty, sun loungers, pads, beach towels, and sunshades/canopies are included for our guests.

Accommodation

Bungalow room

The comfortably furnished rooms in the bungalow area are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, LCD satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, rental safe, minibar, kettle, coffee/tea setup, individually controlled air conditioning, and a balcony (BZ2). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (BZ1). In summer '27, a limited number of these rooms will be offered at reduced rates during specific periods (BI).

Super saver room

With the same location and facilities as the bungalow rooms, these do not have a balcony/terrace and are located on the ground floor (SOZ).

Comfort room

The comfort rooms are identical to the bungalow rooms; when booking this category for stays between 9.4.27 and 13.6.27, guests will additionally receive a fruit basket and wine, a bathrobe for adults, a 15-minute taster massage, a 30% discount in the wellness area, a beach bag, early check-in and late check-out (subject to availability), and a 30% discount on laundry service for a minimum stay of seven nights (DKO).

Bungalow room Type A

All Bungalow rooms Type A can be booked for a maximum of 3 people. They feature a double bed and a single bed as well as a view of the garden and the terrace. All rooms are equipped with an LCD flat-screen TV, minibar, air conditioning, shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, electronic safe (for a fee), and ceramic flooring. They are 16 m² in size and are located on the ground floor (B2A/B1A).

Bungalow family room

These rooms are located in the bungalow area and have the same facilities as the double rooms, plus a bedroom with a connecting door, two air conditioning units, a telephone, and a balcony or terrace. They are located on the upper floors (FB2).

Superior double room (Large double room)

These are located in the block house area and feature a double and a single bed, satellite TV, rental safe, ceramic flooring, and a balcony (DAS). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DAE). In summer '27, a limited number of these rooms will be offered as DZ Comfort with balcony at reduced rates during specific periods (2CB).

Superior double room Type B (with garden access)

With the same facilities as the Superior rooms, these feature garden access via the balcony (DSB). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (UB1).

Swim-up room

With similar facilities to the Superior rooms, these feature direct access to the pool via the balcony (SWD). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Superior family room

With similar facilities and room layout to the Bungalow family rooms, the Superior family rooms are slightly larger and feature more modern decor. They are located in the block house area and have centrally controlled air conditioning (S2F).

Family suite garden view (with garden access)

With similar facilities to the Superior family rooms, these feature direct access from the balcony to the garden (FSG).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks in the afternoon, coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream service, filled flatbreads, patisserie, tea/coffee and pastries as well as midnight snacks from midnight to 7 a.m. One à-la-carte meal per stay (for stays of 7 nights or more) included with reservation/subject to availability (open 6 days a week). Various local alcoholic and selected imported drinks are included from 10 a.m. to midnight. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks upon arrival and is refilled daily with still water.

Sports included

15 beach volleyball courts (reservation required), bocce, billiards, and table tennis (deposit required).
